لاہور میں پبلک اسکولز ری آرگنائزنگ پروگرام کی تقریب سے خطاب میں مریم نواز نے کہا کہ پنجاب ٹیکسٹ بک بورڈ میں 1 ارب کی کرپشن پر تو قومی احتساب بیورو(نیب) کا کیس بننا چاہیے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شہباز شریف کے بعد پنجاب میں نصاب کی تیاری اور ٹیچرز ٹریننگ کا کام بند ہے، عقلمندوں کی حکومت میں پیسے لے کر ٹرانسفر پوسٹنگ کی جاتی تھی۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے مزید کہا کہ پچھلے 5 سے 7 سال سوائے کرپشن کے صوبے میں کچھ نہیں ہوا، بچوں کی ایجوکیشن کا پیسا لوگوں کی جیب میں گیا۔
اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ اسکولوں کے مسئلے کا حل صرف پبلک پرائیویٹ پارٹنرشپ ہے، تھری پیز کے ذریعے 14 ہزار اسکولوں کو بہتر بنایا جائے گا، پہلے مرحلے میں 5 ہزار 800 اسکولوں کو آؤٹ سورس کر رہے ہیں۔
مریم نواز نے یہ بھی کہا کہ پنجاب میں کچھ ایسے اسکول ہیں جہاں 200 بچے اور 2 ٹیچر ہیں، سرکاری اسکولوں میں بہتری لانے کےلیے ایک فعال ٹیم بنا رہے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جو خواب دیکھا آج اسکا آغاز ہوچکا ہے، سرکاری اسکولوں میں بھی بہترین ماحول مل جائے تو مثبت نتائج مل سکتے ہیں۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا کہ اسمارٹ کلاس روم اور اسمارٹ لرننگ کا دور ہے، اسٹینڈرڈ سیٹ کیا ہے، ان کو محنت کرنی پڑے گی، ایجوکیشن بزنس کے ساتھ ایک بہت بڑی ذمے داری ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر ٹیچرز یہاں نہیں ہیں تو وزیٹنگ فیکلٹی یونیورسٹی، کالجز کی طرح اسکولوں میں بھی ہونی چاہیے، پبلک پرائیوٹ پارٹنرشپ کے تحت چلنے والے اسکولوں کی مسلسل نگرانی ہوگی۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ نصاب مرتب کرنے کے ساتھ تعلیمی عمل کی نگرانی بھی اہم ہے، تمام شعبوں میں مربوط تعاون کو یقینی بنارہے ہیں، لوگوں کے مسائل کے حل کےلیے اسکیم اور پروجیکٹ لاتے ہیں، دفتر میں بیٹھ کر فیصلے نہیں کرتی۔
Addressing the Public Schools Reorganizing Program ceremony in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz said that a case should be made by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on the corruption of 1 billion in the Punjab Textbook Board.
He said that after Shehbaz Sharif, the work of curriculum preparation and teacher training has stopped in Punjab, transfer postings were done by taking money in the government of wise men.
The Chief Minister of Punjab further said that in the last 5 to 7 years, nothing happened in the province except corruption, money for children’s education went into people’s pockets.
He said that the solution to the problem of schools is only public-private partnership, 14,000 schools will be improved through 3Ps, 5,800 schools are being outsourced in the first phase.
Maryam Nawaz also said that there are some schools in Punjab where there are 200 children and 2 teachers, forming an active team to improve government schools.
He said that the dream has started today, if the best environment is found in government schools, positive results can be obtained.
Chief Minister Punjab said that it is the era of smart classroom and smart learning, what is the standard set, they will have to work hard, there is a huge responsibility with education business.
He said that if teachers are not here, visiting faculty should be in schools like universities, colleges, schools run under public-private partnership will be continuously monitored.
Maryam Nawaz said that monitoring the educational process is also important along with setting the curriculum, ensuring coordinated cooperation in all sectors, bringing schemes and projects to solve people’s problems, not sitting in the office and taking decisions.
