وفاقی وزیر خواجہ آصف کاکہنا ہے کہ پاکستان میں مذہب کے نام پر خون خرابے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے۔
اسلام آباد میں وفاقی وزرا خواجہ آصف اور احسن اقبال نے پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بغیر کسی ابہام کے چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے خلاف سازش چل رہی ہے، چیف جسٹس کا اس قسم کے فیصلے یا بیان کے ساتھ کوئی تعلق نہیں، سپریم کورٹ اس معاملے پر واضح بیان دے چکی ہے، کچھ لوگوں کے سیاسی مفادات اس مسئلے سے وابستہ ہیں اس لیے جھوٹ پر مبنی پروپیگنڈا بدستور جاری ہے۔
خواجہ آصف کاکہنا تھا کہ ریاست اس کی اجازت نہیں دے گی کہ آپ کسی کے قتل کے فتوے جاری کریں، ریاست سوشل میڈیا کے اس پروپیگنڈے کے خلاف ایکشن لے گی، کھلی چھٹی دی گئی تو ریاست کا شیرازہ بکھر جائے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ سوشل میڈیا پر عوام کو قتل کرنے کی جانب راغب کیا جارہا ہے، انتہا پسندانہ مواد سوشل میڈیا پر لگایا جارہا ہے، ہمارا یمان ہے حضرت محمد ﷺ تمام جہانوں کیلئے رحمت بن کر آئے ، یہ رحمت کا سلسلہ ہمیشہ جاری رہے گا جب تک کائنات قائم ہے۔
ان کاکہنا تھا کہ چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کو کئی سالوں سے ٹارگٹ کیا جارہا ہے، سب کو معلوم ہے کن وجوہات کی بنیاد پر ٹارگٹ کیا جارہا ہے، عدلیہ میں آواز کو خاموش کرنے کی یہ ایک نئی شرارت ہے ۔

خواجہ آصف نے کہا کہ آپ کا ایمان اعمال سے ظاہر ہونا چاہیے، ایمان کا اظہار ایسے ہونا چاہیے کہ لوگ تقلید کریں، ایمان یہ ڈیمانڈ نہیں کرتا کہ آپ لوگوں کو قتل پر اکسائیں، اسلام محبت، یگانگت کا پیغام ہے، ساری دنیا کو اسلام کا محبت اور ایثار کا چہرہ دکھائیں، نئی نسل کو اسلام کا وہ چہرہ نہ دکھائیں جو دین کو کمزور کرتا ہو۔ وفاقی وزیر نے مزید کہا کہ ریاست میں ایک سسٹم ہوتا ہے،آپ بے بنیاد الزامات نہیں لگا سکتے، اس ملک میں آئین کی حکمرانی ،انصاف کا بول بالا ہونا چاہیے، اپنے ذاتی مفادات کے نام پر ڈکٹیشن ریاست قبول نہیں کرے گی، ریاست قتل کی دھمکیوں کا جواب دے گی۔
وفاقی وزیر احسن اقبال نے کہا کہ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان عدلیہ کے سربراہ ہیں، عدلیہ اہم ریاستی ستون ہے، چیف جسٹس سے متعلق بیان پاکستان کے آئین ودین سے کھلی بغاوت ہے، یہ وہ طبقہ ہے جس کو 2018میں خاص مقصد کیلئے کھڑا کیا گیا تھا۔

احسن اقبال نے کہا کہ یہ وہ کام ہے جو اللہ نے روز قیامت کرنا ہے، جو شخص لوگوں کے ایمان پر فتوے جاری کرتا ہے وہ اللہ کے کام کو اپنے ہاتھ میں لیتا ہے، پاکستان میں آئین ،عدالتیں اور قانون ہے، کسی شخص یا گروہ کو یہ اجازت نہیں کہ وہ کسی کے قتل کے فتوے جاری کرے ، سزا اور جزا کا ریاست میں اختیار صرف عدالت کے پاس ہوتا ہے۔
وفاقی وزیر منصوبہ بندی نے کہا کہ پاکستان کے علما نے مل کر پیغام پاکستان کی صورت میں اس رویے کی مذمت کی تھی، تمام علما کا فتویٰ موجود ہے کہ دہشتگردی،خودکش حملوں اور فتوے بازی کا اسلام سے تعلق نہیں، اختیار صرف ریاستی اداروں کے پاس ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلام ایک انسانی جان کی حرمت پر یقین رکھتا ہے، ایک انسان کو قتل کرنا پوری انسانیت کو قتل کرنا ہے، یہاں اسلام کے نام پر گلی گلی ،محلے محلے لوگوں کے جذبات کو ابھارا گیا، سرگودھا، سوات اور جڑانوالہ اور دیگر شہروں میں لوگوں میں ہیجان پیدا کیا گیا، لوگوں سے ایسی حرکات کرائی جاتی ہیں جو پاکستان ،دین اسلام کیلئے شرمندگی کا باعث بنتی ہیں، ایسی حرکات سے ہمارے دشمن مذاق اڑاتے ہیں۔
احسن اقبال کاکہنا تھا کہ حکومت اس طرح کے رویوں کو پنپنے کی اجازت نہیں دے گی، کسی گروہ یا شخص کو حق حاصل نہیں کہ وہ کسی کے ایمان کا فیصلہ کرے، چیف جسٹس سے متعلق معاملے پر قانون کارروائی کی جائے گی تاکہ آئندہ ایسا نہ ہو۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی پاک ﷺ سے محبت ،ناموس اور ختم نبوت کی حفاظت ہر مسلمان کے ایمان کا حصہ ہے، کسی کو اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی کہ وہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا نام لیکر مسلمانوں میں انتشار پیدا کرے، ہمیں اس وقت غزہ کی طرف دیکھنا چاہیے، اس وقت مسلمانوں کو اتحاد کی ضرورت ہے۔
وفاقی وزیر دفاع نے مزید کہاکہ مرضی کا فیصلہ آجائے تو آپ زندہ باد کا نعرہ لگاتے ہیں، آپ کے حق میں فیصلہ آجائے تو آپ جشن مناتے ہیں، ملک اس طرح کی مذہبی ،سیاسی اور معاشی منافرت برداشت نہیں کرسکتا، عدل کے ادارے کے سربراہ کے خلاف ایسا فتویٰ آنے سے ساری دنیا میں ملک کا سرشرم سے جھک جاتا ہے، ساری دنیا کہتی ہے یہ تمہارے ملک میں کیا ہورہا ہے۔
ان کاکہنا تھا کہ ہمیں بحیثیت حکومت موقع دیا جارہا ہے کہ ان چیزوں پر ایکشن لیا جائے، ہم کب تک ان چیزوں سے نظر چراتے رہیں گے، 9مئی کے معاملے پر بھی ابھی تک کوئی احتساب نہیں ہوا، آئین وقانون کے ساتھ کھلواڑ نہ کیا جائے اس کی عزت کی جائے۔
