پاکستان اور قطر کی کوششوں سے لبنان جنگ کے خاتمہ میں بڑی پیشرفت ہو گئی: عراقچی

سوئٹزرلینڈ میں ایران امریکہ مذاکرات کے بعد قطر اور پاکستان کی جانب سے جاری مشترکہ اعلامیے پر ردعمل دیتے ہوئے ایرانی وزیرخارجہ عباس عراقچی نے کہا کہ پاکستان اور قطر کی ثالثی میں لبنان جنگ کے خاتمے کیلئے بڑی پیشرفت ہوئی ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ایران کیلئے تیل اور پیٹرو کیمیکل کی برآمدات پر پابندیاں ختم کر دی گئی ہیے، اور کچھ منجمد اثاثے جاری کر دیے گئے ہیں، پہلا اصلی امتحان لبنان ڈیکفلیکشن سیل کا قیام ہے۔
عباس عراقچی نے کہا کہ آبنائے ہرمز پر بحری ناکہ بندی ختم کر دی گئی ہے، ایران کی ترقی اور تعمیر نو کا بڑا منصوبہ شروع کیا جائے گا۔
اس سے پہلے ایرانی وزارت خارجہ کا کہنا تھا کہ حتمی معاہدے کے آغاز کے لیے مذاکرات کی بنیاد رکھنے پر بات چیت کی گئی۔بات چیت میں دوسرے فریق کی ذمہ داریوں پر عملدرآمد سے متعلق اچھی پیش رفت ہوئی ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ سوئٹزرلینڈمیں ایران امریکامذاکرات کے بعد قطر اور پاکستان نے مشترکہ اعلامیہ جاری کر دیا ہے۔
اعلامیے کے مطابق فریقین نے مذاکرات کی نگرانی کے لیے اعلیٰ سطح کمیٹی کے قیام پر اتفاق کرلیا، حتمی معاہدے کے لیے 60 روزہ روڈمیپ منظور کرلیا گیا۔

Reacting to the joint statement issued by Qatar and Pakistan after the Iran-US talks in Switzerland, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that great progress has been made in ending the Lebanon war through the mediation of Pakistan and Qatar.
He said that sanctions on oil and petrochemical exports to Iran have been lifted, and some frozen assets have been released, and the first real test is the establishment of the Lebanon Deconfliction Cell.
Abbas Araqchi said that the naval blockade on the Strait of Hormuz has been lifted, and a major project for the development and reconstruction of Iran will be launched.
Earlier, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that talks were held to lay the foundation for the start of the final agreement. Good progress has been made in the talks regarding the implementation of the obligations of the other party.
It should be noted that Qatar and Pakistan have issued a joint statement after the Iran-US talks in Switzerland.
According to the statement, the parties agreed to establish a high-level committee to oversee the negotiations, and a 60-day roadmap for a final agreement was approved.
