اسلام آباد:پاکستان کے مالدار خاندانوں نے پی آئی اے کی خریداری میں دلچسپی ظاہر کردی۔شہباز حکومت 75 فیصد حکومتی تجارتی ادارے فروخت کرنے کے حق میں نہیں ہے، حکومت انشورنس، مالیات، روڈ ٹرانسپورٹ، لاجسٹکس، آئل اینڈ گیس پراڈکشن سے متعلق ادارے فروخت کرنا نہیں چاہتی، یہی وجہ ہے کہ پی آئی اے اور بجلی کی تقسیم کار کمپنیوں کے علاوہ باقی تمام تجارتی اداروں کو نجکاری کے دائرے سے باہر رکھا گیا ہے۔وزارت نجکاری کے ذرائع نے ایکسپریس ٹریبیون کو بتایا کہ نجکاری کے خلاف اندرونی طور پر مزاحمت کا سلسلہ جاری ہے، جس کی وجہ سے 87 میں سے صرف 21 تجارتی اداروں کو ہی فعال نجکاری فہرست میں رکھا گیا ہے۔متعلقہ وزارتوں نے بغیر کوئی وجہ بتائے 39 کمپنیوں کو نجکاری پروگرام سے باہر کردیا ہے جبکہ دیگر 27 کی تفصیلات ظاہر نہیں کی ہیں، جس کی وجہ سے حکومت نے صرف ایک چوتھائی تجارتی اداروں کی نجکاری کا فیصلہ کیا ہے، سرکاری محکموں کی جانب سے عدم تعاون کی وجہ سے ان تمام محکموں کی نجکاری ممکن نہیں رہی ہے۔حکومت کی جانب سے نجکاری کیلیے شارٹ لسٹ کی گئی 21 سرکاری کمپنیوں میں پی آئی اے بھی شامل ہے، تین مقامی ایئرلائنز فلائی جناح، ایئرسیال اور ایئربلو نے نیلامی کے کاغذات حاصل کرلیے ہیں۔ذرائع نے بتایا کہ ان میں سے کچھ ایئرلائنز غیرملکی ایئرلائنز کے ساتھ جوائنٹ وینچر کرنے کا ارادہ رکھتی ہیں، کچھ کمپنیوں نے نیلامی کی دستاویزات حاصل تو کرلی ہیں، لیکن ابھی تک جمع نہیں کرائی ہے، جس کے بعد خواہشن مند پارٹیوں کی درخواست پر نجکاری کمیشن نے دستاویزات جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ میں توسیع کردی ہے۔

Shahbaz government is not in favor of selling 75 percent of government trading companies, government companies related to insurance, finance, road transport, logistics, oil and gas production. It does not want to sell, which is why all commercial entities except PIA and power distribution companies have been kept out of the purview of privatization. Sources in the Ministry of Privatization told The Express Tribune that there is internal opposition to privatisation. The resistance continues, due to which only 21 out of 87 commercial enterprises have been placed on the active privatization list. The relevant ministries have excluded 39 companies from the privatization program without giving any reasons, while the details of the other 27 are not disclosed. due to which the government has decided to privatize only a quarter of the commercial enterprises, due to the non-cooperation of the government departments, the privatization of all these departments has not been possible. The shortlist for privatization by the government The 21 state-owned companies include PIA, three local airlines Fly Jinnah, Airseal and Airblue have received tender papers. Sources said some of these airlines are planning to enter into joint ventures with foreign airlines. Some companies have received the auction documents, but have not yet submitted them, after which the Privatization Commission has extended the deadline for submission of documents on the request of interested parties.
