Imran Khan’s appeal to the court against possible military custody

9 مئی مقدمات میں بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان نے ملٹری کورٹ ٹرائل کیلئے فوجی تحویل میں نہ دینے کیلئے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ سے رجوع کرلیا۔اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں وکیل عزیر کرامت بھنڈاری کے ذریعے درخواست دائر کردی گئی جس میں سیکرٹری قانون، سیکرٹری داخلہ اور وفاق کو فریق بنایا گیا ہے۔
آئی جی اسلام آباد، آئی جی پنجاب، ڈی جی ایف آئی اے درخواست میں فریق ہیں جبکہ آئی جی جیل خانہ جات کو بھی درخواست میں فریق بنایا گیا ہے۔ درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان کو فوجی تحویل میں دینے سے روکا جائے، یقینی بنایا جائے کہ سابق وزیراعظم سویلین عدالتوں اور سویلین تحویل میں رہیں۔

In May 9 cases, PTI founder Imran Khan approached the Islamabad High Court not to give him military custody for the military court trial. An application was filed in the Islamabad High Court by lawyer Uzair Karamat Bhandari, in which the Law Secretary, Interior Secretary And the Federation has been made a party.
IG Islamabad, IG Punjab, DGFIA are parties to the petition while IG Jails have also been made parties to the petition. The petition requested that founder PTI Imran Khan be stopped from being handed over to military custody, ensure that the former prime minister remains in civilian courts and under civilian custody.
