Alleged Corruption Case: Parvez Elahi summoned on January 7 to charge

احتساب عدالت نے سابق وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب چودھری پرویز الہٰی کو ترقیاتی منصوبوں میں مبینہ کرپشن کیس میں فرد جرم عائد کرنے کیلئے 7 جنوری کو طلب کرلیا۔
لاہور کی احتساب عدالت نے چودھری پرویز الہٰی سمیت دیگر ملزمان پر ترقیاتی منصوبوں میں مبینہ کرپشن ریفرنس کی گزشتہ سماعت کا تحریری حکم جاری کردیا۔
عدالت نے پرویز الہٰی کو فرد جرم عائد کرنے کے لیے سات جنوری کو طلب کرلیا۔
عدالتی حکم میں کہا گیا کہ عدالت کو ملزمان کی حاضری مکمل کرنے میں کافی دشواری ہے، تاریخ پر تمام ملزمان حاضر ہوتے اور عدالت فرد جرم عائد کرتی ، عدالت انصاف کے تقاضوں کو پورا کرتے ہوئے محسوس کرتی ہے کہ حاضر ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد کی جائے۔
تحریری حکم میں کہا گیا کہ عدالت کسی قسم کی مزید تاخیر نہیں کرتی، اس سے پچھلی تاریخ پر محمد خان بھٹی کی میڈیکل گراؤنڈ پر حاضری معافی تھی، آج پرویز الہٰی کی طبی بنیادوں پر حاضری معافی کی درخواست پیش ہوئی، پرویز الہٰی کی ایک روزہ حاضری معافی کی درخواست منظور کی جاتی ہے۔
عدالت نے تحریری حکم میں مزید کہا کہ عدالت محمد خان بھٹی، خالد محمود چٹھہ ،آصف محمود ،نعیم اقبال ،محمد اصغر اور اسد علی پر فرد جرم عائد

In the court order, it was said that the court has a lot of difficulty in completing the attendance of the accused, on the date all the accused would have appeared and the court would have charged the accused, the court felt that fulfilling the requirements of justice, the accused had been charged. go
In the written order, it was said that the court does not make any further delay, due to which Muhammad Khan Bhatti was excused from attending the medical ground on the previous date. The request for exemption from attendance is granted.
The court further said in the written order that the court indicted Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Khalid Mahmood Chatha, Asif Mahmood, Naeem Iqbal, Muhammad Asghar and Asad Ali.
