JS Investments, in partnership with Gohar Developers, introduces Pakistan’s first Sharia-compliant green hotel (REIT)

نجی شعبے سے تعلق رکھنے والی پاکستان کی سب پرانی اثاثہ جات کے انتظام اور ایس ای سی پی سے لائسنس یافتہ REITمینجمنٹ کمپنی جے ایس انویسٹمنٹ نے معروف رئیل اسٹیٹ گروپ گوہر گروپ آف کمپنیز کے اشتراک سے پاکستان کا پہلا شریعہ کمپلائنٹ گرین ہوٹل REITمتعارف کروادیا۔اس اشتراک کے تحت جے ایس ہوٹل ریٹ(JSHR)سندھ کے شہر حیدرآباد میں ایک عالمی شہرت یافتہ ہوٹل برانڈ کے تعاون سے 139کمروں پر مشتمل جدید ہوٹل تعمیر کرے گی۔ جس کو بین الاقوامی فرنچائز ماڈل کے تحت آپریٹ کیاجائے گا۔ ان منصوبے کا باضابطہ آغاز ایس ای سی پی سے باقاعدہ منظوری کے بعد عمل میں لایاگیا ہے جس میں گوہر گروپ نے زمین اور سرمایہ کاری کی صورت میں نمایاں اسٹریٹجک سرمایہ کاری کی ہے۔ کمپنی سے جاری اعلامئیے کے مطابق جے ایس ہوٹل ریٹ کے ذریعے مقامی اور بین الاقوامی رجسٹرڈ سرمایہ کاروں کو شفاف، پیشہ ورانہ، اور شریعت کے مطابق سرمایہ کاری کے مواقع فراہم کئے جارہے ہیں جس کا مقصد پاکستان کے ابھرتے ہوئے ہاسپیٹلٹی کے شعبے میں اداہ جاتی سطح پر سرمایہ کاری کو فروغ دینا ہے۔ اس موقع پر جے ایس انویسٹمنٹ کی سی ای او عفت زہرہ منکانی نے کہا کہ ہم پاکستان کا پہلا ہوٹل ریٹ متعارف کرواتے ہوئے فخر محسوس کررہے ہیں جوعالمی سطح کے ہوٹلنگ اسٹینڈرڈ کے عین مطابق ہے اور سرمایہ کاروں کو محفوظ، منظم اور باقاعدہ پلیٹ فارم فراہم کرنے کیساتھ ساتھ پاکستان کی معیشت اور انفرااسٹرکچر کے فروغ میں اہم کردار ادا کرے گا۔ واضح رہے کہ حیدرآباد میں تیزی سے بڑھتی ہوئی تجارتی اور سیاحتی سرگرمیوں نے شہر کے موجودہ ہاسپیٹیلٹی کے ڈھانچے کو تبدیل کردیا ہے۔ ایک بین الاقوامی معیار کا ہوٹل برانڈ جو اس وقت زیرِ تعمیر ہے اس خلا ء کو پر کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرنے کیساتھ کاروباری اور تفریحی مسافروں کو عالمی سطح کی سہولیات فراہم کرے گا۔

JS Investments, Pakistan’s oldest private sector asset management and SECP-licensed REIT management company, has launched Pakistan’s first Shariah-compliant Green Hotel REIT in partnership with renowned real estate group Gohar Group of Companies. Under this partnership, JS Hotel Rate (JSHR) will build a 139-room modern hotel in Hyderabad, Sindh, in collaboration with a world-renowned hotel brand. It will be operated under an international franchise model. The project has been formally launched after formal approval from SECP, in which Gohar Group has made significant strategic investments in the form of land and capital. According to a statement issued by the company, JS Hotel Rate is providing transparent, professional, and Shariah-compliant investment opportunities to local and international registered investors with the aim of promoting investment in Pakistan’s emerging hospitality sector at a profitable level. On this occasion, JS Investment CEO Iffat Zahra Mankani said that we are proud to introduce Pakistan’s first hotel rate, which is in line with world-class hotel standards and will play an important role in promoting Pakistan’s economy and infrastructure, along with providing a safe, organized and regulated platform to investors. It should be noted that the rapidly growing commercial and tourist activities in Hyderabad have changed the current hospitality structure of the city. An international standard hotel brand, which is currently under construction, will play a significant role in filling this gap and provide world-class facilities to business and leisure travelers.
