Weakening Pakistan’s forces is equivalent to weakening Pakistan: Army Chief’s speech at 77th Independence Day Parade

77 ویں یوم آزادی کے موقع پر پاکستان ملٹری اکیڈمی کاکول میں آزادی پریڈ کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر نے بطور مہمان خصوصی شرکت کی اور تاریخی خطاب کیا۔ آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر نے کہا کہ ہمارے قومی شعور کی بنیاد نظریہ پاکستان ہے، جو دو قومی نظریہ پر مبنی ہے، دو قومی نظریے نے برِصغیر کے مسلمانوں کو علیحدہ شناخت، ثقافت اور تہذیب کا موقع فراہم کیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ قیام پاکستان کا مقصد صرف جغرافیائی خطے کا حصول نہ تھا، ملک کے حصول میں ہمارے اسلاف نے بے شمار قربانیاں پیش کیں، یوم آزادی کے موقع پر تمام اہل وطن کو مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ آرمی چیف کا کہنا تھا کہ اللّٰہ ہمیں مملکت خداداد کا دفاع کرنے اور اس مسلمہ حقیقت کو آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے ایک کامیاب اور عظیم مثال بنانے کی ہمت اور طاقت عطا فرمائے، آزاد فضاؤں میں زندگی بسر کرنا شہدا کی قربانیوں کا ثمر ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اِسی مناسبت سے قائد اعظم کے تاریخی الفاظ انتہائی اہم ہیں کہ، آئیے اب ہم سب مل کر اپنی قوم کو بنائیں اور اسکی تعمیر نو کریں، پاکستان کے قائدین اور کارکنان کے ساتھ ساتھ شہداء، غازیوں اور لواحقین کو خراج عقیدت اور سلام پیش کرتے ہیں۔
آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ آج ان آزاد فضاؤں میں زندگی بسر کرنا شہداء کی عظیم قربانیوں کی مرہونِ منت ہے، تاریخی طور پر ہم من حیثُ القوم ہمیشہ ہر مشکل کے بعد اور بھی زیادہ مضبوط بن کر ابھرے، جس میں قوم اور افواج کا باہمی اعتماد کلیدی ہے۔
سربراہ پاک فوج نے کہا کہ کسی مشکل نے ہمارے عزم اور ارادے کو کمزور نہیں کیا، ہم ہر مشکل کے بعد اور مضبوط بن کر ابھرے، قوم کا پاک فوج پر غیر متزلزل اعتماد ہمارا سب سے قیمتی اثاثہ ہے، کوئی منفی قوت، اعتماد اور محبت کے اس رشتے کو نہ کبھی کمزور کر سکی ہے، نہ ہی آئندہ کر سکے گی۔ آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ افواج پاکستان کو کمزور کرنا پاکستان کو کمزور کرنے کے مترادف ہے، کسی قیمت پر اپنی قربانی کو رائیگاں نہیں جانے دیں گے، افواج پاکستان نے ملک کے اندرونی اور بیرونی دفاع کی قسم کھا رکھی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ عزم استحکام قومی عزم کا استعارہ ہے، سلامتی کی ضامن اور وقت کا اہم تقاضہ ہے، خیبر پختونخوا صوبے میں بالخصوص، فتنہ الخواراج کی ریاست اور شریعت مخالف کارروائیوں کی وجہ سے دہشت گردی کے فتنہ نے دوبارہ سر اٹھایا ہے، اِسی فتنہ کے بارے میں کہا تھا کہ ’’اگر تم شریعتِ اسلام کو نہیں مانتے، آئین پاکستان کو نہیں مانتے تو ہم بھی تمھیں پاکستانی نہیں مانتے‘‘، آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ ہمارے پختون بھائیوں نے جرات، ایثار اور قربانیوں کی جو لازوال داستان رقم کی ہے، اِس پر پوری قوم انہیں سلام پیش کرتی ہے اور آپ کی مرہونِ احسان ہے۔ آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ صوبہ بلوچستان بہادر اور حب الوطن لوگوں کا مسکن ہے، پاک فوج، حکومتِ پاکستان اور بلوچستان کے تعاون سے بلوچستان اور اِس کی غیور عوام کی سالمیت اور فلاح و بہبود کے لیے اپنا کلیدی کردار ادا کرتی رہے گی۔
افغانستان سے متعلق آرمی چیف کا کہنا تھا کہ افغانستان ہمارا برادر ہمسایہ اسلامی ملک ہے، ہم افغانستان کے ساتھ بہت اچھے تعلقات رکھنے کے خواہاں ہیں، اِن کے لیے ہمارا پیغام ہے فتنہ الخوارج کو اپنے دیرینہ، خیر خواہ اور برادر ہمسائے ملک پر ترجیح نہ دیں۔ افغانستان سے متعلق آرمی چیف کا کہنا تھاکہ افغانستان ہمارا برادر ہمسایہ اسلامی ملک ہے، ہم افغانستان کے ساتھ بہت اچھے تعلقات رکھنے کے خواہاں ہیں، اِن کے لیے ہمارا پیغام ہے فتنہ الخوارج کو اپنے دیرینہ، خیر خواہ اور برادر ہمسائے ملک پر ترجیح نہ دیں۔
انہوں نے آزادی اظہار پر بھی بات کی اور کہا کہ پاکستان میں آزادی اظہار رائے کی آئین ضرور اجازت دیتا ہے، آئین پاکستان نے آزادی اظہار رائے کی واضح حد بندی بھی کر رکھی ہے۔آرمی چیف آزادی رائے پر نے علامہ اقبال کا اشعار پڑھے، ’’آزادی افکار سے ہے ان کی تباہی، رکھتے نہیں جو فکر و تدبُّر کا سلیقہ، ہو فکر اگر خام تو آزادی افکار، انسان کو حیوان بنانے کا طریقہ‘‘۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ آج آزادی کا جشن مناتے ہُوئے ہمیں اپنے کشمیری بھائیوں اور بہنوں کے ساتھ ہونے والی انسانی حقوق کی بدترین خلاف ورزیوں کو نہیں بھولنا چاہیے جو مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارتی تسلط سے آزادری کیلئے کوشاں ہیں۔
