Punjab government is determined to eradicate the scourge of corruption: Maryam Nawaz

وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز نے کہا ہے کہ پنجاب حکومت بدعنوانی کے ناسور کو ہمیشہ کے لیے ختم کرنے کے لئے پر عزم ہے۔
اینٹی کرپشن ڈے پر ایک پیغام میں وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ کرپشن صرف اخلاقی زوال نہیں بلکہ قوم کی ترقی کی قاتل ہے، کرپشن نہ صرف قومی وسائل کو نقصان پہنچاتی ہے بلکہ عوام کے اعتماد کو بھی متزلزل کرتی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ روز اول سے بدعنوانی کے خاتمے کے لیے زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی اپنائی ہے، ہر قسم کی بدعنوانی کے خلاف سخت اقدامات کیے جا رہے ہیں، کسی بھی سطح پر بدعنوانی کو برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ گورننس کے نظام میں شفافیت اور جوابدہی کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے کے پی آئیز متعارف کروائے ہیں، کے پی آئیز سسٹم نے حکومتی افسران کو مزید مستعد اور متحرک بنایا جس سے عوامی خدمات میں بہتری آئی ہے۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے مزید کہا کہ ہماری منزل بدعنوانی سے پاک، ترقی یافتہ اور خوشحال پاکستان ہے، معاشرے کو کرپشن کی لعنت سے پاک کرنے میں ہر فرد اپنا کردار ادا کرے، شفافیت، دیانتداری اور میرٹ کا فروغ اجتماعی ذمہ داری ہے۔

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that the Punjab government is determined to eradicate the scourge of corruption forever.
In a message on Anti-Corruption Day, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that corruption is not only a moral decay but also a killer of the nation’s development. Corruption not only damages national resources but also undermines the confidence of the people.
He said that zero tolerance policy has been adopted to eliminate corruption from day one, strict measures are being taken against all types of corruption, corruption at any level will not be tolerated.
Maryam Nawaz said that KPIs have been introduced to ensure transparency and accountability in the governance system.
The Chief Minister of Punjab further said that our destination is a corruption-free, developed and prosperous Pakistan, every individual should play his role in cleaning the society from the scourge of corruption, promotion of transparency, integrity and merit is a collective responsibility.
