Requests to allow military courts to adjudicate military trials of civilians rejected

سپریم کورٹ نے فوجی عدالتوں کو کیسز کا فیصلہ سنانے کی اجازت دینے کی حکومتی استدعا مسترد کر دی۔جسٹس امین الدین خان کی سربراہی میں 7 رکنی آئینی بنچ نے ملٹری کورٹس میں سویلینز کے ٹرائل کالعدم قرار دینے کے خلاف اپیلوں پر سماعت کی، جسٹس جمال خان مندوخیل نے ریمارکس میں کہا کہ ہماری تمام وکلاء سے درخواست ہے اس کیس کو مکمل کرنے میں ہماری مدد کریں۔

The Supreme Court rejected the government’s request to allow the military courts to decide the cases. A 7-member constitution bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan heard the appeals against the annulment of trials of civilians in military courts, Justice Jamal. Khan Mandukhel said in his remarks that we request all the lawyers to help us in completing this case.
