Journalist Matiullah jan bail approved

صحافی مطیع اللّٰہ جان کی 10 ہزار روپے مچلکوں کے عوض ضمانت منظور کرلی گئی۔
مطیع اللّٰہ جان کو اسلام آباد کی انسدادِ دہشتگردی عدالت کے جج طاہر عباس سپرا کی عدالت میں پیش کیا گیا تھا۔
گزشتہ روز اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے مطیع اللّٰہ کے جسمانی ریمانڈ کا فیصلہ معطل کر دیا تھا۔
مطیع اللّٰہ جان کے 2 روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ کے خلاف درخواست پر سماعت چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ عامر فاروق اور جسٹس ارباب محمد طاہر نے کی تھی۔
واضح رہے کہ سینئر صحافی اور اینکر مطیع اللّٰہ جان کے خلاف اسلام آباد کے تھانہ مارگلہ میں مقدمہ درج کیا گیا ہے۔
ایف آئی آر کے متن کے مطابق پولیس نے مطیع اللّٰہ جان کو ای نائن چیک پوسٹ سے گرفتار کیا، گاڑی کو پولیس نے گزشتہ رات ناکے پر رکنے کا اشارہ کیا تھا۔

Mutiullah Jan was produced in the court of Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.
Yesterday, the Islamabad High Court suspended the decision of Matiullah’s physical remand.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the petition against the 2-day physical remand of Mutiullah Jan.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against senior journalist and anchor Mutiullah Jan in Islamabad’s Margalla police station.
According to the text of the FIR, the police arrested Matiullah Jan from the E-Nine check post, the vehicle was signaled by the police to stop at Nake last night.
