Contempt of Court: Defense Secretary, Home, IG and DG FIA summoned

سلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے پی ٹی آئی رہنما اظہر مشوانی کے 2 لاپتا بھائیوں کی بازیابی کیلئے دائر درخواست کے حوالے سے سیکریٹری دفاع، سیکریٹری داخلہ، آئی جی اسلام آباد اور ڈی جی ایف آئی اے کو ذاتی حیثیت میں طلب کرلیا۔
جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے اظہر مشوانی کے والد کی درخواست پر سماعت کی۔ اظہر مشوانی کے بھائی پروفیسر مظہر الحسن اور پروفیسر ظہور الحسن 6 جون سے لاپتا ہیں۔عدالت میں اسسٹنٹ اٹارنی جنرل بولے کہ وزارت دفاع اور وزارت داخلہ کی رپورٹ پہلے ہی فائل ہو چکی ہے۔
سیکیورٹی اداروں کی رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ دونوں بھائیوں سے متعلق کچھ معلوم نہیں۔اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اب تمام فریقین کے خلاف توہینِ عدالت کی کارروائی شروع کروں گا۔
عدالت نے سیکریٹری دفاع، داخلہ، آئی جی اسلام آباد اور ڈی جی ایف آئی اے کو 15 اگست کو طلب کیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ فریقین جواب دیں کہ کیوں نا ان کے خلاف توہینِ عدالت کی کارروائی کی جائے۔

Salamabad High Court has summoned Secretary Defense, Secretary Interior, IG Islamabad and DGFIA in personal capacity regarding the petition filed for the recovery of 2 missing brothers of PTI leader Azhar Mashwani.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the petition of Azhar Mashwani’s father. Azhar Mashwani’s brother Professor Mazhar Al Hasan and Professor Zahoor Al Hasan have been missing since June 6. In the court, the Assistant Attorney General said that the report of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior has already been filed.
In the report of the security agencies, it has been said that nothing is known about the two brothers. Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb expressed his anger and said that now he will start contempt of court proceedings against all the parties.
The court has summoned Secretary Defence, Interior, IG Islamabad and DGFIA on August 15 and has asked the parties to respond as to why contempt of court proceedings should not be taken against them.
