آرمی چیف جنرل سید عاصم منیر کا کہنا ہے کہ خارجیوں کو یہ کس نے اختیار دیا کہ وہ خواتین سے حقوق چھین لیں۔
طلباء سے خصوصی گفتگو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلام نے خواتین کو خصوصی حقوق دیے ہیں، اسلام نے ہر حیثیت میں عورت کو حقوق دیے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلام کے دیے ہوئے حقوق کوئی نہیں چھین سکتا، گمراہ گروہ کو ملک پر اپنے نظریات مسلط نہیں کرنے دیں گے۔
آرمی چیف کا کہنا ہے کہ ہم مذہب کی ان کی تشریح سے متفق نہیں ہیں، اسلام دنیا میں سب سے پہلا مذہب ہے جس نے عورت کو عزت دے کر آسمان تک پہنچایا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ چاہے ایک عورت ماں ہو، بیوی یا بہن کسی بھی کردار میں اسلام نے عورت کو عزت دی ہے، آج تم کون ہو اسے چھیننے والے؟ تمہیں یہ اختیار کس نے دیا؟ اسے کوئی نہیں چھین سکتا، ہم اس قسم کے گمراہ گروہ کو کبھی بھی اپنے ملک پر اپنی اقدار مسلط کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دیں گے۔
آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ ملک کے نوجوانوں سے گفتگو کرنا میرے لیے انتہائی خوشی کی بات ہے، آرمی آج بھی فتنہ الخوارج سے روزانہ کی بنیادوں پر لڑ رہی ہے، جب تک قوم خصوصاً نوجوان ساتھ کھڑے ہیں پاک فوج کبھی نہیں ہارے گی، ہم کامریڈز کی طرح لڑتے ہیں، ہمارے لیے پاکستانیت سب سے اہم ہے۔
ان کا یہ بھی کہنا ہے کہ ہم فتنہ الخوارج کے فسادیوں سے لڑ رہے ہیں، یہ عناصر اسلام کی غلط تشریح کر رہے ہیں، خارجی عناصر اسلامی تعلیمات کی خلاف ورزی کر رہے ہیں، فسادیوں کے بارے میں اسلام کے احکامات بہت واضح ہیں، ریاست کے سامنے سرنڈر کرنے والے رحم کی توقع کر سکتے ہیں۔

As long as the nation, especially the youth, stands together, the Pakistan Army will never lose. We fight like comrades. Pakistaniness is the most important thing for us. He also said that we are fighting the rioters of Fitna al-Khawarij. These elements are misinterpreting Islam. Foreign elements are violating Islamic teachings. The orders of Islam regarding rioters are very clear. Those who surrender before the state can expect mercy.
