وزیراعظم کے مشیر و رہنما مسلم لیگ ن رانا ثناء اللہ نے عدالتی فیصلے کیخلاف نظرثانی اپیل کا عندیہ دے دیا۔
اسلام آباد میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے رہنما مسلم لیگ ن رانا ثناءاللہ کا کہنا تھا کہ ایسے عدالتی فیصلے جو ابہام پیدا کریں وہ ملک وقوم کے مفاد میں نہیں ہوتے ، اگرانصاف بن مانگےدیا جائےتوایسےفیصلوں کےاثرات انتہائی افسوس ناک ہیں، عدالت کا فیصلہ انصاف پر مبنی ہونا چاہیے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ الیکشن کمیشن نے سنی اتحاد کونسل کے مخصوص سیٹیوں کے مطالبے کو رد کردیا تھا ، پھر سنی اتحاد کونسل نے پشاور ہائیکورٹ سے رجوع کیا ، پشاور ہائیکورٹ نے بھی ان کا مطالبہ رد کردیا ، معزز سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ سنی اتحاد کونسل کے حق میں نہیں آیا۔
رانا ثناء نے کہا کہ آزاد ارکان کو تحریک انصاف کے ارکان کہا گیا، آزاد ارکان نے حلف دیا تھا کہ وہ آزاد ہیں ، سنی اتحاد کونسل کی استدعا تسلیم نہیں خارج ہوگئی، اب ایک نیا فیصلہ تحریک انصاف کےحق میں آگیا ہے، ججز نے آئین کے تحفظ کا حلف اٹھایا ہے ، سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ آئین کو دوبارہ تحریر کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔
مشیر وزیر اعظم کا کہنا تھا ہمیں عدالت عظمیٰ کا بے پناہ احترام ہے، سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کے خلاف نظر ثانی اپیل تو بنتی ہے،یہ فیصلہ آئین و قانون کے تقاضے کو پورا نہیں کرتا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ ایک بہت بڑا فیصلہ ہوا ہے، اس جیسے بڑے بڑے فیصلےپہلےبھی ہوئےہیں،بعد میں چالیس سال بعد عدالت نےخود تسلیم کیا غلطی ہوئی، ہوسکتا ہےمعززجج صاحبان خود ریوکرلیں۔
انہوں نے عمران خان پر تنقید کے نشتر چلاتے ہوئے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کوجیل سےباہرآنےکا پورا حق حاصل ہے، ہمیں بھی پورا حق ہےوہ جہاں ہیں انہیں وہاں رکھنےکی پوری کوشش کریں، اگروہ باہربھی آجاتے ہیں توکوئی طوفان نہیں آجائےگا۔
رانا ثناء اللہ نے کہا کہ فارم45اورفارم 47والا قصہ الیکشن کمیشن میں ثابت کردیں تودوبارہ الیکشن ہوجائیں گے، ہم آج بھی بیٹھ کرمعاملات کوحل کرنےکی بات کرتےہیں، یہ جب ہمارےخلاف مقدمات بنارہےتھےتب بھی ہم نےمذاکرات کی بات کی تھی۔
