An attempt to smuggle foreign currency worth 1 crore 70 lakh failed

یئرپورٹ سیکیورٹی فورس (اے ایس ایف) نے کراچی سے ایک کروڑ 70 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی غیرملکی کرنسی اسمگل کرنے کی کوشش ناکام بنادی۔ مسافر دبئی جانے کےلیے کراچی ایئرپورٹ پہنچا تھا، عملے نے سامان کی تلاشی کے دوران بیگ کو مشکوک قرار دیا۔
مسافر کے بیگ کی تلاشی کے دوران ایک کروڑ 70 لاکھ روپے کی غیرملکی کرنسی برآمد ہوئی۔ برآمد کرنسی میں 2 لاکھ 25 ہزار درہم اور سعودی ریال شامل ہیں۔ برآمد شدہ غیر ملکی کرنسی اور ملزم کو کسٹمز حکام کے حوالے کردیا گیا ہے۔

The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled an attempt to smuggle foreign currency worth Rs 1.7 million from Karachi. The passenger had arrived at Karachi Airport to go to Dubai, the staff found the bag suspicious while searching the luggage.
During the search of the passenger’s bag, foreign currency worth Rs 1 crore 70 lakh was recovered. The exported currency includes 2 lakh 25 thousand dirhams and Saudi riyals. The recovered foreign currency and the accused have been handed over to the customs authorities.
