No politician or institution is above Pakistan, Uzma Bukhari

فیصل آباد میں میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم عید میلادالنبی ﷺ کو جوش وجذبے کے ساتھ منائیں گے، تمام اضلاع کے آر پی اوز اور ڈی پی اوز فرائض انجام دیں گے، وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز تمام اضلاع کو خود مانیٹر کریں گی، ہمارے ڈی سی صاحبان،آر پی اوز اور ڈی پی اوز دفاتر میں میٹنگ نہیں کررہے، وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز کا حکم تھا کہ متعلقہ افسران نے مساجد میں خود جاکر علما سے بات چیت کرنی ہے۔
عظمیٰ بخاری نے بتایا کہ وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا میرے لیے اعزاز کی بات ہے، عید میلادالنبی کو عید کی طرح منائیں گے، ڈی سی صاحب نے بتایا ہے کچھ جگہوں پر پنجاب حکومت کی طرف سے لائٹوں کا انتظام کیا جائے گا، سکیورٹی کے تمام انتظامات مکمل کرلیے گئے ہیں، آج رات کو بھی محافل اور تقاریب ہوں گی، وزارت داخلہ کا اپنا مانیٹرنگ سیل قائم کیا گیا ہے، پولیس کے اہلکار تین شفٹوں میں ڈیوٹی دیں گے۔
صوبائی وزیر نے کہا کہ ابھی تک پنجاب کے بڑے شہروں میں موبائل فون سروس بند کرنے کی اطلاع نہیں، اس موقع پر سیاست بازی کی گنجائش نہیں اور نہ ہونی چاہیے، وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز کے اقدامات سیاست کیلئے نہیں ہوتے، سوشل میڈیا پر جو بھی چیز آئے اس کی تصدیق ضروری ہے۔
رہنما مسلم لیگ ن نے صحافیوں سے متعلق بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مذمت کے ساتھ ساتھ مرمت کی بھی قائل ہوں، کسی بھی صحافی پر پولیس کا ڈنڈا برداشت نہیں کروں گی، صحافیوں پر ڈنڈا اٹھانا قابل برداشت نہیں ہوسکتا، ہم یقینی بنائیں گے صحافیوں کے ساتھ کوئی ناخوشگوار واقعہ رونما نہ ہو۔
آئینی ترامیم کے حوالے سے بات کرتے ہوئے عظمیٰ بخاری کاکہنا تھا کہ بہت بار سنا ہے کہ حکومت وقت ضائع کررہی ہے ، آئینی ترمیم سے لوگوں کا کیا فائدہ ہے، اگر ججز کی تعداد میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے تو یہ عام آدمی کیلئے ہی ہے، آئینی ترمیم ایک حساس چیز ہوتی ہے، آئینی ترمیم کے اندر تمام لوگوں کو آن بورڈ لینا اہم ہوتا ہے۔
وزیراطلاعات پنجاب نے کہا کہ کچھ لوگوں کو صرف فتنہ و فساد کرنا ہے،تنقید کرنی ہے، اس فتنہ جماعت کو آئینی ترامیم کی فکر ستا رہی ہے، ان کے دور میں چند منٹس میں 46بلز پاس ہوجاتے تھے، وہ ہمیں سکھا رہے ہیں کہ آئینی ترمیم کیسے کرنی ہے،وہ آئینی ترمیم کرنے کے قابل نہیں تھے، آئینی ترمیم پر ہر بندے کو پوائنٹ سکورنگ کا موقع مل جاتا ہے، مولانا صاحب قابل احترام ہیں۔
انہوں نے تحریک انصاف پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کل پی ٹی آئی والوں نے مولانا صاحب کی امامت میں نماز بھی پڑھی، اللہ ان کو ہدایت پر چلائے لیکن مجھے امکان کم لگتا ہے، کے پی میں مینڈیٹ چوری کا جواب مولانا صاحب نے پی ٹی آئی سے لینا ہے ہم سے نہیں، بانی پی ٹی آئی نے ہم سے تو مذاکرات کرنے نہیں، جن سے کرنا چاہتے ہیں وہ ان سے نہیں کررہے۔
عظمیٰ بخاری نے مزید کہا کہ یہ بیچارے دوسرے لفظوں میں این آر او مانگ رہے ہیں، ان کو این آر او ملے گا یا نہیں مجھے نہیں معلوم، ان کو 9مئی ،190ملین پاؤنڈ کا جواب دینا پڑے گا اس پر این آر او نہیں مل سکتا، پاکستان ہماری ریڈ لائن ہے، کوئی سیاستدان یا ادارہ پاکستا ن سے اوپر نہیں، پاکستان کو ایک شخص کے مرہون منت کرنا یہ نہیں ہوسکتا۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز جلد فیصل آباد کا دورہ کرنے والی ہیں، وزیراعلیٰ گورننس کا نیا ماڈل لارہی ہیں ، تمام ہسپتالوں کی دوبارہ تعمیر نو کا پروگرام ہونا ہے۔
