Wearing a mask is mandatory in Punjab

اسموگ کی تشویشناک صورتحال کے باعث پنجاب کے 4 ڈویژنز میں ماسک پہننا لازمی قرار دے دیا گیا۔ ڈائریریکٹر جنرل (ڈی جی) ماحولیات عمران حامد شیخ نے نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق لاہور، گوجرانوالہ، فیصل آباد اور ملتان ڈویژنز میں ماسک پہننا لازمی قرار دیا گیا ہے۔
نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ 31 جنوری تک اسموگ سے متاثرہ علاقوں میں ماسک پہننا لازمی ہوگا۔ باہر نکلتے ہوئے ماسک پہننے کی پابندی کی جائے۔ نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق اسموگ سے متاثرہ علاقوں میں سانس کے امراض بڑھ رہے ہیں، لوگوں کو کیمیائی مادوں کے اثرات سے بچانے کےلیے یہ فیصلہ کیا گیا۔

Due to the alarming situation of smog, wearing masks has been made mandatory in 4 divisions of Punjab. Director General (DG) Environment Imran Hamid Sheikh issued the notification.
According to the notification, wearing masks has been made mandatory in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Multan divisions.
The notification states that wearing masks will be mandatory in smog-affected areas till January 31. Wearing masks while going out should be prohibited. According to the notification, respiratory diseases are on the rise in smog-affected areas, the decision was taken to protect people from the effects of chemicals.
