Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa take vote of confidence: Faisal Kundi’s demand

پشاور میں میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے گورنرخیبرپختونخوا فیصل کریم کنڈی نے کہا ہے کہ صوبائی حکومت مکمل طور پر ناکام ہوگئی ہے، انہوں نے وزیراعلیٰ علی امین گنڈاپور سے اعتماد کا ووٹ لینے کا بھی مطالبہ کر دیا۔
گورنرخیبرپختونخوا فیصل کریم کنڈی نے کہا ہے کہ میں نے عدالت میں کہا ہے ہماری یونیورسٹیوں میں وائس چانسلرز نہیں ہیں، عدالت نے صوبائی حکومت کی رٹ کو ریجیکٹ کیا ہے، صوبائی حکومت سے درخواست ہے وائس چانسلرز آنے دیں، نوجوانوں کے مستقبل کے ساتھ مت کھیلیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اس وقت صوبے کی 26یونیورسٹیوں میں وائس چانسلرز نہیں ہیں، یونیورسٹیاں بنانے سے بیچنے تک کے سفر تک آرٹیکل لکھنے چاہئیں، جو اپنے آباؤ اجداد کا گھر بیچے اس کو معاشرے میں کیا کہا جاتا ہے؟ یونیورسٹی کی زمین بیچنے سے آپ کو کتنی دیر کا فائدہ حاصل ہوگا، جب تک میں بیٹھا ہوں کسی یونیورسٹی کی زمین فروخت نہیں ہوسکتی۔
فیصل کریم کنڈی نے کہا کہ چار بار اسمبلی اجلاس معطل ہوچکا ہے، وزیراعلیٰ اسمبلی جانے سے کترا رہا ہے، اجلاس نہ بلانے سے لگ رہا ہے کہ وزیراعلیٰ اعتماد کھوچکا ہے ، وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا اعتماد کا ووٹ لے لیں، میرے مطابق وزیراعلیٰ کے پاس صوبے میں اکثریت نہیں، میرا خدشہ ہے کہ سرکاری عدم اعتماد وزیراعلیٰ کے اوپر نہ جائے۔
گورنرخیبرپختونخوا نے کہا کہ مجھے سمری پر دستخط کرنے میں کوئی جلدی نہیں ، سمری آئی ہے اس پر پاؤں نہیں رکھونگا ، کسی قانونی ماہرین سے مشاورت نہیں کی ، مجھے لوگ ٹیلی فون کر رہے ہیں کہ کیا ہوا سمری کا؟
ان کاکہنا تھا کہ کابینہ میں کیوں ردوبدل کیا جارہا ہے قوم کو بتایا جائے، اگر یہ ممبران کرپٹ ہیں یا پھرنا اہل ہیں تو قوم کو بتایا جائے، کابینہ میں ردوبدل کیوں کیا جارہا ہے تحقیقات کی جارہی ہیں، فٹ بال میچ کی طرح کابینہ میں کیوں تبدیلی کی جارہی ہے، سمری پر دستخط کرنے میں ابھی بہت وقت ہے۔

Faisal Karim Kundi said that the Assembly session has been suspended four times, the Chief Minister is shying away from going to the Assembly, by not calling the meeting, it seems that the Chief Minister has lost confidence. Not the majority, I fear that official no-confidence should not go to the Chief Minister.
