Empower the politicians, the importance of political people is being eliminated: Maulana Fazal ur Rehman

سپیکر سردار ایاز صادق کی زیر صدارت قومی اسمبلی کے اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سربراہ جمعیت علمائے اسلام (ف) مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا کہ سیاستدانوں کو با اختیار بناؤ، سیاسی لوگوں کی اہمیت ختم کی جارہی ہے، جہاں معروف اور تجزبہ کار ہے ان کو سائیڈ لائن کیا جا رہا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ ظاہر ہے قائدین کی جگہ نئے نوجوان لیں گے مگر وہ تجربہ نہیں رکھتے اور جذباتی ہوتے ہیں اس سے معاملات اتنے الجھ جاتے ہیں کہ اس گتھی کو سلجھانا مشکل ہوجاتا ہے، سب چیزیں اپنے اندر سمیٹنا اور سارے معاملات کے لیے فیصل آباد کا گھنٹا گھر بن جانا یہ شاید ایک خواہش ہوسکتی ہے مگر یہ مسئلے کا حل نہیں۔
سربراہ جے یو آئی نے بتایا کہ سی پیک یہ سب معاملات ہیں جن کے سامنے رکاوٹیں کھڑی ہوگئی ہیں، ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان، لکی مروت کا علاقہ مسلح قوتوں کے قبضہ میں ہے، وہاں کوئی کام نہیں ہوسکتا، حالات کی سنگینی کا اندازہ اس سے لگائیں کہ کچھ علاقوں میں آج سکولوں اور کالجوں میں پاکستان کا ترانہ نہیں پڑھا جاسکتا، پاکستان کا جھنڈا نہیں لہرایا جاسکتا، یہاں تک صورتحال خراب ہو گئی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ الیکشن سے پہلے میں افغانستان گیا وہاں باہمی تجارت، افغان مہاجرین پر بات چیت کی، میں افغانستان سے کامیاب ہو کر واپس لوٹا تھا، ہم ذمہ داریاں کسی اور پر ڈال دیں، اس طرح نہیں چلے گا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ سندھ میں ڈاکوؤں کا راج ہے، کچے کی صورتحال کو دیکھ کر پریشان ہیں، پارلیمنٹ سے درخواست ہے کہ آگے بڑھیں اور ان سے گفتگو کی جائے، جب ریاست ناکام ہو جاتی ہے تو ہم جا کر وہاں صورتحال کو کنٹرول کرتے ہیں۔
مولانا فضل الرحمان کا کہنا تھا کہ جبری گمشدگیاں ایک اہم مسئلہ ہے، اس پر بات چیت ہونی چاہیے، حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ انہیں بتائیں ان کے پیارے اس وقت کہاں ہیں؟ میں چاہتا ہوں کہ لوگ افواج پاکستان پر اعتبار کریں۔
سربراہ جمعیت علمائے اسلام (ف) نے کہا کہ مہنگائی بڑھتی جارہی ہے، لوگوں کو روزگار نہیں دے پا رہے، پاک پی ڈبلیو ڈی اور یوٹیلیٹی سٹور کو ہم ختم کر رہے ہیں، ہم اس طرح کے قوانین کو ایوان میں مسترد کریں گے، یہی سب دیکھ کر سردار اختر مینگل نے استعفیٰ دیا، آپ واضح ہدایات دیں کہ یہ ایوان مضطرب ہے، ہم یہاں ملک و قوم کی خدمت کے لیے بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔
مولانا فضل الرحمان کا کہنا تھا کہ اس صورتحال میں ہمیں قدم اٹھانا چاہیے، ہم لڑیں گے، تنقید کریں گے، اپوزیشن کا کردار ادا کریں گے لیکن ملک کو ضرورت پڑی تو اپنا کردار نبھائیں گے، پارلیمان، سیاسی جماعتوں اور قائدین کو ملک کے لیے غیر ضروری سمجھنے سے زیادہ بڑی حماقت کوئی نہیں۔
انہوں نے دریافت کیا کہ کیا حکومت کے پاس فیصلوں کا اختیار ہے؟ کیا ان کے پاس صلاحیت ہے فیصلہ کرنے کی یا اپوزیشن کو اعتماد میں لے کر پارلیمان خود بات چیت کرے اور ملک کے اندر اضطراب کو ختم کرے؟ ہم پراکسی جنگ لڑ رہے ہیں، یہ ہمارے مفادات کی جنگ نہیں، عالمی قوتیں اس کا فائدہ اٹھا رہی ہیں۔

Addressing the National Assembly session under the chairmanship of Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the politicians should be empowered, the importance of political people is being eliminated, where there are well-known and experienced people, they are is being sidelined.
He has said that it is obvious that the leaders will be replaced by new youth, but they do not have experience and are emotional, this makes things so confusing that it becomes difficult to untangle this knot, to contain everything and make decisions for all matters. It may be a desire to become the bell tower of Abad, but it is not the solution to the problem.
The JUI chief said that all these CPEC issues have been blocked, Dera Ismail Khan, Lucky Marwat area is under the control of the armed forces, no work can be done there. That in some areas today the anthem of Pakistan cannot be read in schools and colleges, the flag of Pakistan cannot be hoisted, even the situation has worsened.
He said that before the election, I went to Afghanistan to discuss mutual trade and Afghan refugees. I returned from Afghanistan successfully.
He said that Sindh is ruled by dacoits, they are worried about the situation in Kache, they request the Parliament to go ahead and talk to them, when the state fails, we would go and control the situation there. are
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that forced disappearances are an important issue, it should be discussed, it is the responsibility of the government to tell them where their loved ones are at this time. I want people to trust Pakistan Army.
The head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) said that inflation is increasing, people are not able to get jobs, we are abolishing Pak PWD and utility stores, we will reject such laws in the House. Seeing everything, Sardar Akhtar Mengal resigned, you gave clear instructions that this House is troubled, we are sitting here to serve the nation.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that in this situation we should take steps, we will fight, criticize, play the role of opposition but if the country needs it, we will play our role, parliament, political parties and leaders for the country. There is no greater folly than to consider the unnecessary.
He asked whether the government has the power to make decisions. Do they have the capacity to make a decision or should the parliament take the opposition into confidence and discuss itself and end the anxiety in the country? We are fighting a proxy war, it is not a war of our interests, world powers are taking advantage of it.
