اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے جج جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے سماعت کے دوران ریمارکس دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ آپ لوگ کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑ رہے کہ ملک کو بنانا ریپبلک بنا دیں۔ جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے پی ٹی آئی کو احتجاج کی اجازت نہ دینے پر توہین عدالت کی درخواست پر سماعت کی۔
سماعت کے آغاز میں پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل نے کہا کہ 22 جولائی کو درخواست دی کہ 26 جولائی کو احتجاج کرنا ہے۔عدالت نے استفسار کیا کہ کس فیصلے پر توہین عدالت ہے؟ اسٹیٹ کونسل نے کہا کہ دو آرڈرز ہم نے پاس کیے تھے۔ عدالت نے کہا کہ آپ نے لکھا ہے 20 اگست کے بعد کسی جگہ جلسہ احتجاج کر سکتے ہیں۔
