Renowned Palestinian journalist Wafa Al-Oudini was martyred along with his family

Aruf, a Palestinian journalist and activist, Wafa Al-Oudini, was martyred along with her family in an Israeli airstrike on Monday morning.
According to Palestinian media, her husband Munir and two children Balsam and Tamim were also among the martyrs, while the attack was carried out at their house in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
The Palestinian Journalists’ Forum (FPJ) said, “The occupying forces martyred journalist Wafa al-Oudini, an activist for bringing the Palestinian narrative to foreign media, and her family in an Israeli attack.” Martyred.”
FPJ pointed out that journalist Al-Odini had dedicated his life to bring the sufferings of the oppressed Palestinian people to the world through international and Palestinian media.
He did a lot of work, especially by writing articles in English, interviewing foreign workers, and conducting online conferences and various activities in English.
The FJP added that “with his martyrdom, the Palestinian national media has lost an independent voice full of love for Palestine and its people who fight for freedom and self-determination”.
It should be noted that the Israeli occupation forces have killed at least 174 journalists and other media workers in Gaza since October 7 last year.
