Faisal Vawda’s refusal to apologize

سینیٹر فیصل ووڈا نے توہین عدالت کیس میں غیر مشروط معافی مانگنے سے انکار کر دیا۔توہین عدالت کیس میں سینیٹر فیصل واوڈا نے سپریم کورٹ میں جواب جمع کروا دیا۔
فیصل واوڈا نے جواب میں کہا ہے کہ توہین عدالت کا مبینہ ملزم عدالت کی عزت کرتا ہے، کسی بھی طریقے سے عدالت کا وقار مجروح کرنے کا سوچ بھی نہیں سکتا، ملزم سمجھتا ہے کہ عدالت کا امیج عوام کی نظروں میں بے داغ ہونا چاہیے۔
انہوں نے جواب میں کہا کہ پاکستان کے تمام مسائل کا حل ایک فعال اور متحرک عدالتی نظام میں ہے، حال ہی میں چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ عدلیہ کو اپنی غطلیاں تسلیم کرنی چاہئیں، اپریل 2024 میں اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے ججز کے خلاف توہین آمیز مہم چلی۔
سینیٹر کا جواب میں مزید کہنا تھا کہ پریس کانفرنس کا مقصد عدلیہ کی توہین کرنا نہیں تھا، پریس کانفرنس کا مقصد ملک کی بہتری تھا، عدالت توہین عدالت کی کاروائی آگے بڑھانے پر تحمل کا مظاہرہ کرے۔
فیصل واوڈا نے سپریم کورٹ میں جمع کروائے گئے جواب میں استدعا کی کہ توہین عدالت کا نوٹس واپس لیا جائے۔

Faisal Vawda, in his reply submitted to the Supreme Court, requested that the notice of contempt of court be withdrawn.
