اڈیالہ جیل میں 190 ملین پاؤنڈز ریفرنس کی سماعت ہوئی، احتساب عدالت کے جج ناصر جاوید رانا نے کیس کی سماعت کی،دوران سماعت بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان نے 190ملین پاونڈریفرنس میں بریت کی درخواست دائر کردی۔
عمران خان کے وکیل نے مؤقف اپنایا کہ نیب ترامیم سے متعلق سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کے بعد 190ملین پاونڈز کا کیس بنتا ہی نہیں، نیب ترامیم میں کابینہ کے تمام فیصلوں کو تحفظ حاصل ہے، سوال یہ ہے کہ نیب ترامیم کے بعد احتساب عدالت کا اس کیس میں دائرہ اختیار بنتا ہے یا نہیں۔
اس پر نیب پراسیکیوٹر نے کہا کہ اگر احتساب عدالت کا اس کیس میں دائرہ اختیار ہے تو پھر بریت کی درخواست سنی جاسکتی ہے۔بانی پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل نے کہا کہ ہم نے عدالت کے دائرہ اختیار کو چیلنج ہی نہیں کیا، عدالت کے دائرہ اختیار کا فیصلہ کرنا عدالت کی صوابدید ہے۔
بعدازاں احتساب عدالت نے 190ملین پاونڈز ریفرنس کی سماعت میں ڈیڑھ گھنٹے کا وقفہ کیا جس کے بعدعدالت نے فریقین کو نوٹس جاری کرتے ہوئے عمران خان کی درخواست بریت پر سماعت 10ستمبر تک ملتوی کردی۔

Imran Khan’s lawyer took the position that after the Supreme Court’s decision regarding NAB amendments, the case of 190 million pounds will not be made. All decisions of the Cabinet are protected in the NAB amendments. The question is that after the NAB amendments, the accountability court has jurisdiction in this case or not.
On this, the NAB prosecutor said that if the accountability court has jurisdiction in this case, then the plea of ​​acquittal can be heard. It is the discretion of the court to decide the authority.
Later, the accountability court adjourned the hearing of the 190 million pounds reference for one and a half hours, after which the court issued a notice to the parties and adjourned the hearing on Imran Khan’s plea for acquittal till September 10.
