ANF action, drugs worth over 30 million seized, 4 suspects arrested
اینٹی نارکوٹکس فورس (اے این ایف) نے مختلف کارروائیوں کے دوران 3 کروڑ سے زائد مالیت کی منشیات برآمد کر کے 4 ملزمان کو گرفتار کرلیا۔
اے این ایف ترجمان نے بتایا کہ اینٹی نارکوٹکس فورس کا تعلیمی اداروں اورملک کےمختلف شہروں میں منشیات سمگلنگ کےخلاف کریک ڈاؤن جاری ہے، اے این ایف کی 7 کارروائیوں میں 3کروڑسے زائد مالیت کی 150 کلو گرام منشیات برآمد ہوئی اور 4 ملزمان کو گرفتارکیا گیا۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ بلیلی روڈ کوئٹہ کے قریب ملزم سے 2 کلو آئس برآمد ہوئی، گرفتارملزم نے تعلیمی اداروں کےطلبہ کو منشیات فروخت کرنے کا اعتراف کیا، لاہورمیں کوریئر آفس کے ذریعے برطانیہ بھیجے جانے والےپارسل سے 785 گرام ہیروئن برآمد ہوئی۔
اے این ایف کے مطابق شیخوپورہ میں خانقاہ ڈوگراں انٹرچینج کےقریب گاڑی سے 111.6 کلو افیون اور4.8 کلوچرس برآمد ہوئی، کوسٹل لائن پسنی سے 20 کلو جبکہ پشاورمیں کوریئر آفس میں 6 مشکوک پارسلز سےمجموعی طور پر 2.820 کلوچرس ، 200گرام آئس اور 120 نشہ آور گولیاں برآمد ہوئیں، مذکورہ پارسلز اسلام آباد، قصور، گوجرانوالہ اور جہلم بھیجے جانے تھے۔
ترجمان نے مزید بتایا کہ فرقان آباد کراچی سے واٹر ٹینک میں چھپائی گئی 5.4 کلو جبکہ اقبال شہید ٹول پلازہ اٹک کے قریب گاڑی کے خفیہ خانوں سے 2.4 کلو چرس برآمد ہوئی، گرفتارملزمان کے خلاف انسداد منشیات ایکٹ کے تحت مقدمات درج کر کے تحقیقات کا آغاز کر دیا گیا ہے۔
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized drugs worth over Rs 30 million during various operations and arrested 4 suspects.
The ANF spokesperson said that the Anti-Narcotics Force is continuing its crackdown against drug smuggling in educational institutions and various cities of the country. In 7 operations of the ANF, 150 kilograms of drugs worth over Rs 30 million were recovered and 4 suspects were arrested.
The spokesperson said that 2 kilograms of ice were recovered from the suspect near Balili Road, Quetta. The arrested suspect confessed to selling drugs to students of educational institutions. 785 grams of heroin was recovered from a parcel sent to the UK through a courier office in Lahore.
According to the ANF, 111.6 kg of opium and 4.8 kg of hashish were recovered from a vehicle near Khanqah Dogran Interchange in Sheikhupura, 20 kg from Coastal Line Pasni, while a total of 2.820 kg of hashish, 200 grams of ice and 120 narcotic pills were recovered from 6 suspicious parcels at the courier office in Peshawar. The said parcels were to be sent to Islamabad, Kasur, Gujranwala and Jhelum. The spokesperson further said that 5.4 kg of hashish was hidden in a water tank from Furqanabad, Karachi, while 2.4 kg of hashish was recovered from secret compartments of a vehicle near Iqbal Shaheed Toll Plaza, Attock. Cases have been registered against the arrested accused under the Narcotics Control Act and an investigation has been initiated.
