Action against FIA reference hundi dealers, 5 accused arrested: Karachi

وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارے (ایف ائی اے) کے کمرشل بینکنگ سرکل کے عملے نے  کراچی میں کلفٹن اور صدر موبائل مارکیٹ میں چھاپے مارکر حوالہ ہنڈی میں ملوث 5 ملزمان کو گرفتار کرکے سوا کروڑ روپے سے زائد رقم برآمد کرلی۔ ڈائریکٹر ایف آئی اے محمد نعمان صدیقی اور ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایف آئی اے سی بی سی کراچی کی ہدایت پر ٹیم نے اسٹار سٹی مال پر حوالہ ہنڈی کی اطلاع پر کامیاب چھاپہ مارا، کلفٹن بچہ پارٹی پر بھی کارروائی کی گئی۔ملزم فرحان کے قبضے سے ایک کروڑ 7 لاکھ جبکہ دوسری کارروائی میں ملزم تابش بھٹی سے ساڑھے 24 لاکھ روپے برآمد ہوئے۔ ایف آئی اے حکام کے مطابق ملزم حارث اور ملزم کامران شاہ نامی ڈیلیوری بوائے کو بھی موبائل فونز، چیٹس میسجز کے وائس نوٹس کے ساتھ حوالات ہنڈی کے مجرمانہ مواد سمیت گرفتار کیا گیا اور موبائل فونز اور لیجرز ضبط کر لیے گئے۔ابتدائی پوچھ گچھ میں تمام ملزمان نے انکشاف کیا کہ وہ حوالہ ہنڈی نیٹ ورک چلا رہے تھے، پانچوں ملزمان کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا ہے، مزید پیش رفت کی جارہی ہے۔

The staff of the Commercial Banking Circle of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested 5 suspects involved in the raid in Clifton and Saddar Mobile Market in Karachi and recovered more than two million rupees.  Under the direction of Director FIA Muhammad Nauman Siddiqui and Deputy Director FIACBC Karachi, the team conducted a successful raid at Star City Mall on the information of reference handi. 1 crore 7 lakh rupees were recovered from the possession of accused Farhan, while 24 lakh rupees were recovered from accused Tabish Bhatti in the second operation.  According to FIA officials, accused Haris and accused Kamran Shah, a delivery boy, were also arrested along with mobile phones, voice notes of chats messages along with incriminating material of hawalat handi and mobile phones and ledgers were seized. In initial interrogation all the accused revealed that they were running the referral handi network, a case has been registered against all the five accused, further progress is being made.
