Decision to register FIR against IG Islamabad: KPK cabinet

وزیراعلیٰ خیبر پختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور کی زیر صدارت صوبائی کابینہ کا اجلاس ہوا جس میں کے پی ہاؤس کے معاملے پر آئی جی اسلام آباد کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کروانے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔ صوبائی کابینہ نے دہشتگردی دفعات کے تحت مقدمہ کے اندراج کی منظوری دی ہے۔ اجلاس کے دوران صوبائی کابینہ نے خیبر پختونخوا یونیورسٹیز ایکٹ 2012 میں ترامیم کی بھی منظوری دی جبکہ یونیورسٹیوں کے وائس چانسلرز کی تقرری کا اختیار وزیراعلیٰ کو دینے کی ترامیم منظور کی گئی۔ سرکاری حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ ترامیم کے بعد وزیراعلیٰ تمام پبلک سیکٹر یونیورسٹیز کے چانسلر ہوں گے۔ ترامیم میں وائس چانسلرز کی مدت ملازمت کو بھی چار سال مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔ ویمن یونیورسٹیز کے وائس چانسلر کے عہدوں پر خواتین ہی تعینات کرنے کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔کابینہ نے ایگریکلچر انکم ٹیکس ایکٹ 2024 مسودے کی بھی منظوری دے دی جبکہ کے پی ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی اور پی ایچ اے فاؤنڈیشن کے درمیان فریم ورک معاہدے کی بھی منظوری دی گئی۔ اس معاہدے کے تحت سوڑیزئی میں 8500 کنال پر 8000 گرے اسٹرکچر مکانات تعمیر ہوں گے۔ معاہدے کے تحت سوڑیزئی میں 5000 اپارٹمنٹس کی بھی تعمیر ہوگی۔رورل ایکسیسیبلٹی پروجیکٹ کے تحت قرض کی رقم بڑھانے کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ قرض کی رقم 30 کروڑ سے بڑھا کر 37 کروڑ 80 لاکھ ڈالرز کرنے کی منظوری  دی گئی

A provincial cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur was held in which it was decided to file an FIR against IG Islamabad on the issue of KP House.  The provincial cabinet has approved the registration of a case under terrorism provisions.  During the meeting, the provincial cabinet also approved the amendments in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012, while the amendments to give the chief minister the authority to appoint the vice-chancellors of the universities were approved.  Government officials say that after the amendments, the chief minister will be the chancellor of all public sector universities. In the amendments, the term of office of the Vice-Chancellors has also been fixed at four years.  Approval has been given to appoint only women to the posts of vice-chancellors of women universities. The Cabinet also approved the draft Agriculture Income Tax Act 2024 while the framework agreement between KP Housing Authority and PHA Foundation was also approved.  Under this agreement, 8000 gray structure houses will be constructed on 8500 kanals in Soorizai. Under the agreement, 5000 apartments will also be constructed in Soorizai. The loan amount has been approved under the Rural Accessibility Project. The loan amount was approved to be increased from 30 crores to 378 million dollars
