ملزمان نے حکومت کویت اور کویت پولیس کے لوگوز پر مبنی ڈیجیٹل بینرز بھی بنا رکھے تھے جبکہ بینرز کے ذریعے بھی غیر ملکیوں سے رقم بٹورنے کا سلسلہ جاری تھا۔
ملزمان اسپوف کالز کے ذریعے ملکی و غیر ملکی شہریوں سے رابطہ کرتے تھے۔ فون کالز کے ذریعے ملزمان شہریوں کے ڈیبٹ، کریڈٹ کارڈز کی خفیہ معلومات بھی حاصل کرتے تھے۔
پاس ورڈز اور کوڈز کے ذریعے ملزمان شہریوں کے اکاؤنٹس سے تمام رقم ٹرانسفر کرنے میں ملوث ہیں۔

The suspects were deceiving millions of rupees in local and foreign currency through online and mobile apps.
The suspects had also created digital banners based on the logos of the Kuwaiti government and Kuwaiti police, while money was being collected from foreigners through banners as well.
The suspects used to contact local and foreign citizens through spoof calls. Through phone calls, the suspects also obtained confidential information of citizens’ debit and credit cards.
The suspects are involved in transferring all the money from citizens’ accounts through passwords and codes.
