وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے کہا ہے کہ ہم 9 مئی والے نہیں 28 مئی والے ہیں، ہم ملک کے رکھوالے ہیں۔ڈیرہ غازی خان میں سکالر شپ پروگرام کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ آج ہونہار سکالر شپس کا آخری ڈویژن ہے، سکالر شپس کی تقسیم آج ختم ہوجائے گی، بہت جلد لیپ ٹاپس اور ای بائیکس لیکر آپ کے پاس آؤں گی، چاہتی ہوں بچے اچھی سواری پر کالج اور یونیورسٹی جائیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جہاں بھی گئی بچوں نے مجھے بہت پیار دیا، مخالفین کو سمجھ ہی نہیں آرہی کہ یہ کیا ہوگیا ہے، مخالفین کچھ کہنے کی وجہ تلاش کررہے ہیں، مخالفین ٹی وی پر کہہ رہے تھے چند بچوں کو اکٹھا کرکے سکھایا ہوتا ہے، ان کا قصور نہیں انہوں نے جھوٹ میں آنکھ کھولی، مخالفین جھوٹ میں ہی پلے بڑھے، مخالفین کو نہیں پتا بچوں اورمیرے درمیان محبت کا کیسا رشتہ ہے۔
مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ میرے کندھوں پر آپ کے مستقبل کا بوجھ ہے، آپ کے مستقبل کو بہتر بنانے کیلئے میرے پاس دن رات محنت کرنے کے سوا کوئی راستہ نہیں، ایک بھی سکالر شپ میرٹ کے خلاف نہیں دیا گیا، کوئی نہیں کہہ سکتا کہ کسی کو سکالر شپ ایم این اے یا ایم پی اے کی سفارش پر ملا ہے، اگر سفارش پر سکالر شپ دیا ہوا تو استعفیٰ دیکر گھر چلی جاؤں گی۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا محدود وسائل میں رہ کر پڑھنا کوئی آسان کام نہیں ہے، آپ تمام بچے صرف میرے ہیروز نہیں سپر ہیروز ہو، آپ نے شکریہ نہیں بولنا،سراٹھا کر سکالر شپ لینا ہے، چاہتی ہوں ہر بچہ سر اٹھا کر فخر سے چلے کہ سکالر شپ ملا ہے، پاکستان کی 65فیصد آبادی نوجوانوں پر مشتمل ہے، اللہ نے پاکستان کو وسائل کی دولت سے مالامال کیا ہوا ہے۔
مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ اگلے چند سالوں میں نوجوان ہی پاکستان کا جھنڈا تھام کر فیصلے کریں گے، آپ میں سے ہر بیٹا اور بیٹی پاکستان ہے، آپ میں سے ہر بچہ پاکستان کی اڑان میں حصہ ڈالے گا، آپ کے پاس ایک ایسی وزیراعلیٰ ہے جو وزیراعلیٰ سے بڑھ کر آپکی ماں ہے، تمام بچوں کو لیپ ٹاپس،مفت ای بائیکس بھی ملیں گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جن کے پاس وسائل ہیں وہ بچے کہیں بھی داخلہ لے سکتے ہیں، اہل اورمیرٹ پر ہونے والا کم وسائل والا بچہ اب اعلیٰ تعلیم سے محروم نہیں رہے گا، اس سال 30 ہزار سکالر شپس دے رہی ہوں، اگلے سال سکالر شپس کو 30 ہزار سے بڑھا کر 50 ہزار کررہی ہوں، سیکنڈ اور تھرڈ ایئر کےبچوں کیلئے بھی سکالر شپس لارہی ہوں۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ خیبرپختونخو اکے بچوں کی درخواستیں آرہی ہیں ہمارا بھی کچھ سوچیں، میرادل ہے بلوچستان اور خیبرپختونخوا کے بچوں کیلئے بھی سکالر شپس لیکر جاؤں، پاکستان میں جھوٹ کا ایک سیلاب بھی آیا ہے، سوشل اور ڈیجیٹل میڈیا نے چیزوں کو آسان کردیا ہے۔
مریم نواز نے تحریک انصاف پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جب 4 سال کوئی کام نہ کیا ہوتو آخر میں آپ کہتے ہیں وہ چور ہے ،آگ لگادو،گھسیٹو ، سوشل میڈیا پر جھوٹ کا بازار گرم ہے، سچ تسمے باندھ رہا ہوتا ہے جھوٹ پوری دنیا کا چکر لگا کر آگیا ہوتا ہے، پراپیگنڈا وہ کررہے ہیں جنہوں نے بچوں کے ہاتھوں میں لیپ ٹاپس نہیں دیئے، پراپیگنڈا وہ کررہے ہیں جو پولیس اور رینجرز کے سر پھاڑنے کے عادی ہیں۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان ہماری ریڈ لائن ہے، سب ہماری فورسز ہیں، پولیس جیسی بھی ہے آپ کی مدد کیلئے آتی ہے، رینجرز کے جوانوں کو گولیاں مار کر شہید کیا گیا، یہی رینجرز کے جوان ہماری جانوں کی حفاظت کیلئے اپنی جانیں قربان کرتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ موٹرویز آپ کی سہولت کیلئے بنائی جاتی ہیں، نوازشریف نے آپ کی سہولت کیلئے موٹروے بنائی، ہم موٹروے کے جال بچھاتے ہیں وہ کہتے ہیں آجاؤ آکر توڑ دو، ان کے اپنے بچے آرام سے باہر بیٹھے ہیں ، ان کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں، جو بچے ان کے ورغلانے پر آگئے آج وہ کہاں ہیں، آج وہ بچے جیلوں میں ہیں،مجھے تکلیف ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آج جیلوں میں پڑے بچوں کو پوچھنے والا کوئی نہیں، جو بچے جیلوں میں پڑے ہیں ان کے والدین سے پوچھیں، سکھایا کسی اور نے اور بھگتنا بچوں کو پڑرہا ہے، آج وہ بچے معافیاں مانگ مانگ کر جیلوں سے باہر آرہے ہیں، بچو کبھی کسی کے بہکاوے میں نہ آنا۔
مریم نواز نے مزید کہا کہ نوازشریف کی قید کے وقت میں نے سیاسی مہم چلائی، مجھے میرے والد کہہ سکتے تھے کہ دوسروں کے بچوں کو آگے لاؤ، حکومت کسی کی بھی ہو پاکستان اور ملک تو میرا ہے ، ہم 9مئی والے نہیں 28مئی والے ہیں، ہم پاکستان والے ہیں، پاکستان کی عزت کے رکھوالے ہیں، تذلیل کی زبان ان کو مبارک ہو،ہم تدریس کی زبان والے ہیں، ہم ڈنڈا بردار نہیں ہیں،ہم علم کے علمبردار ہیں۔

Maryam Nawaz said that the burden of your future is on my shoulders, I have no choice but to work hard day and night to improve your future, not a single scholarship was given against merit, no one can say. That someone got the scholarship on the recommendation of MNA or MPA, if the scholarship is given on recommendation, I will resign and go home.
The Chief Minister of Punjab said that studying is not an easy task with limited resources. You children are not only my heroes but also superheroes. That the scholarship has been received, 65% of Pakistan’s population consists of youth, Allah has blessed Pakistan with wealth of resources.
Maryam Nawaz said that in the next few years only the youth will hold the flag of Pakistan and make decisions. Every son and daughter of you is Pakistan, every child of you will contribute to the flight of Pakistan. who is your mother more than the chief minister, all children will get laptops, free e-bikes too.
He said that those children who have resources can get admission anywhere, a child with less resources who is eligible and on merit will no longer be deprived of higher education, this year I am giving 30 thousand scholarships, next year I am increasing from 30,000 to 50,000.
He said that the requests of the children of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are coming, let us also think about it. My heart is to take scholarships for the children of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. There has also been a flood of lies in Pakistan. Social and digital media have made things easier. is
