Punjab Police has prepared a security plan to ensure peace and order on New Year’s night

پنجاب پولیس نے نیو ایئر نائٹ پر امن و امان یقینی بنانے کے لئے سکیورٹی پلان مکمل کرلیا۔
پولیس ترجمان کے مطابق سال نو کی آمد پر لاہور سمیت صوبہ بھر میں 25 ہزار سے زائد پولیس افسران اور اہلکار سکیورٹی پر تعینات ہونگے، 395 انسپکٹرز، 1125 سب انسپکٹرز، 2060 اے ایس آئیز، 1310 ہیڈ کانسٹیبلز اور 18759 کانسٹیبلز و دیگر اہلکار ڈیوٹی سر انجام دیں گے۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ لاہور میں 5 ہزار سے زائد افسران و اہلکار سکیورٹی ڈیوٹی پر مامور ہونگے، لاہور سمیت صوبہ بھر میں سی سی ٹی وی کیمروں کی مدد سے تمام سرگرمیوں کی مانیٹرنگ کی جائے گی، آئی جی پنجاب نے پولیس کو ہائی الرٹ رہنے، ملک دشمن عناصر پر کڑی نظر رکھنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔
انسپکٹر جنرل پنجاب ڈاکٹر عثمان ا نور نے کہا ہے کہ نیو ایئر نائٹ پر ون ویلِنگ، ہوائی فائرنگ اور ہلڑ بازی کی ہر گز اجازت نہیں ہو گی، ہلڑ بازی، خواتین اور شہریوں کو تنگ کرنے والے شرپسند عناصر حوالات جائیں گے۔
آئی جی پنجاب نے نیو ایئر نائٹ پر ٹریفک کے مربوط انتظامات یقینی بنانے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ڈولفن سکواڈ، پیرو، ایلیٹ فورس اور پی ایچ پی ٹیمیں سڑکوں اور شاہراہوں پر پٹرولنگ بڑھائیں، لاہور سمیت تمام شہروں میں سرچ اینڈ سویپ آپریشنز باقاعدگی سے جاری رکھے جائیں، گزشتہ سال کے ریکارڈیافتہ ون ویلرز، ہوائی فائرنگ کے ملزمان سے ضمانتی مچلکے لیے جائیں۔
ڈاکٹر عثمان انور کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ سی سی پی او لاہور، آر پی اوز، ڈی پی اوز امن و امان کی فضا برقرار رکھنے کیلئے تمام انتظامات کی خود نگرانی کریں، سی ٹی او لاہور سمیت تمام ڈسٹرکٹ ٹریفک افسران ٹریفک کی روانی برقرار رکھنے کیلئے اضافی نفری تعینات کریں، شہری ون ویلِنگ، اسلحہ کی نمائش اور ہوائی فائرنگ کرنے والوں کی 15 پر اطلاع کریں۔
