Interior Minister ordered to negotiate with PTI for peaceful protest

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے 5 صفحات پر مشتمل تحریری حکم نامہ جاری کیا، اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے اپنے فیصلے میں کہا ہے کہ تحریک انصاف کو احتجاج کی اجازت نہیں دی جاسکتی، حکومت مروجہ قانون کے خلاف کسی کو احتجاج کی اجازت نہ دے۔
چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے وزیر داخلہ کو پی ٹی آئی کے ساتھ پُرامن اور آئین کے مطابق احتجاج کے لیے مذاکرات کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اگر مذاکرات کامیاب نہ ہوں تو وزیر داخلہ قانون کے مطابق اسلام آباد میں امن و امان کا یقینی بنائیں۔
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے سیکرٹری داخلہ کو حکم دیا کہ وزیر داخلہ یا کسی مناسب شخص کی سربراہی میں کمیٹی تشکیل دی جائے جو پی ٹی آئی کی قیادت کے ساتھ رابطہ کرکے بیلاروس کے صدر کے دورے کی حساسیت سے آگاہ کرے۔
عدالت نے کہا کہ کمیٹی میں چیف کمشنر اسلام آباد کو بھی شامل کیا جائے، عدالت کو یقین ہے کہ جب یہ رابطہ ہو گا تو کچھ نا کچھ پیش رفت ہوگی۔

The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court ordered the Interior Minister to negotiate with PTI for a peaceful and constitutional protest and said that if the negotiations are not successful, the Interior Minister should ensure peace and order in Islamabad as per the law.
The Islamabad High Court ordered the Interior Secretary to form a committee headed by the Interior Minister or a suitable person to liaise with the PTI leadership and apprise them of the sensitivity of the visit of the President of Belarus.
The court said that Chief Commissioner Islamabad should also be included in the committee, the court is sure that when this contact is made, there will be some progress.
