Arrest warrant issued for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu

عالمی فوجداری عدالت نے جنگی جرائم کے ارتکاب کے الزام میں سابق اسرائیلی وزیر دفاع یواف گیلنٹ کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کیے ہیں۔ عدالت نے فلسطینی مزاحمتی تنظیم حماس کے عسکری ونگ القسام بریگیڈز کے سربراہ محمد ضیف کے بھی وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کیے ہیں۔
خیال رہے کہ عالمی فوجداری عدالت کے چیف پراسیکیوٹر نے رواں سال مئی میں اسرائیلی وزیر اعظم نیتن یاہو اور دیگر کے جنگی جرائم کےارتکاب کے الزام میں وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کرنے کے لیے درخواست دی تھی۔
غزہ میں 7 اکتوبر سے اب تک غزہ میں جاری اسرائیلی جارحیت کے نتیجے میں اب تک 40 ہزار سے زائد فلسطینی شہید اور ایک لاکھ سے زائد زخمی ہوچکے ہیں۔ شہید ہونے والے فلسطینیوں میں 17 ہزار سے زائد بچے ہیں۔

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant on charges of war crimes. The court also issued an arrest warrant for Muhammad Zaif, the head of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas.
It should be noted that the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court applied in May this year to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and others for committing war crimes.
As a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza since October 7, more than 40,000 Palestinians have been martyred and more than 100,000 have been injured. There are more than 17,000 children among the martyred Palestinians.
