لاہور کے نجی کالج میں طالبہ سے زیادتی کی غیرمصدقہ خبر کے معاملے پر اہم پیش رفت سامنے آئی ہے ۔
سوشل میڈیا پر متاثرہ طالبہ کی والدہ ہونے کا دعویٰ کرنے والی خاتون جھوٹی نکلی، لاہور پولیس نے انتشار پھیلانے والی خاتون کو کراچی سے حراست میں لے کر لاہور منتقل کر دیا۔
ملزمہ کے خلاف تھانہ گلبرگ میں پیکا ایکٹ کے تحت مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا، ملزمہ سارہ کو بیان قلمبند کروانے کیلئے جے آئی ٹی کے سامنے پیش کیا جائے گا، پولیس کے مطابق غیرمصدقہ خبر پھیلانے پر درج کئے گئے مقدمات کی تعداد 4 ہو گئی۔
قبل ازیں نجی کالج میں طالبہ سے زیادتی کی غیر مصدقہ خبر پھیلانے کے معاملے پر مشترکہ تحقیقاتی کمیٹی کے اجلاس کی اندرونی کہانی بھی سامنے آگئی ۔
جس کے مطابق طالبہ سے زیادتی کی خبر پھیلانے والا سوشل میڈیا پیج اسی روز تخلیق کیا گیا، اسی کالج کی طالبہ نے زخمی لڑکی سے متعلق معلومات کو زیادتی کا رنگ دینے کی شرارت رچی۔
ایف آئی اے نے سوشل میڈیا پیج سے متعلق تمام پہلوؤں سے تحقیقات شروع کر دی ہیں ، تفتیشی ٹیم نے مجموعی طور پر 950 سے زائد سوشل میڈیا پیجز کی نشاندہی بھی کر لی۔
نجی کالج کے طلبہ کو دیگر کالجز کی تنظیموں نے احتجاج کے لئے اُکسایا، احتجاج کے دوران نجی کالج کے کیمپس نمبر 10 میں والدین کی آڑ میں شرپسند افراد داخل ہوئے، گرلز کالج میں توڑ پھوڑ کرنے والے افراد نے چہروں پر ماسک لگا رکھے تھے۔
