راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کی تمام اہم شاہراہیں کنٹینرز لگا کر سیل کردی گئیں، جڑواں شہروں میں زمینی رابطہ بھی ختم ہو گیا، فیض آباد پر کنٹینرز کی ڈبل لیئر جبکہ زیرو پوائنٹ پر 20 فٹ اونچی کنٹینرز وال کھڑی کر دی گئی ہے۔
سرینگر ہائی وے کو کئی مقامات سے سیل کر دیا گیا ہے جبکہ سرینگر ہائی وے پر زیرو پوائنٹ سے ریڈ زون میں داخلہ ناممکن بنا دیا گیا، اسلام آباد ایکسپریس وے کھنہ پل سے فیصل مسجد تک مختلف مقامات پر سیل کر دی گئی، ڈی چوک ،سرینا چوک، نادرا چوک پر بھی کنٹینرز کھڑے کر دیئے گئے ہیں۔
شہر اقتدار میں ہو کا عالم ہے، موٹرسائیکل سوار کچے راستوں سے داخل ہونے کے لیے کوششیں کر رہے ہیں جبکہ سرینگر ہائی وے پر آئی ایٹ کے قریب 50 کے قریب موٹرسائیکل سواروں نے کنٹینرز دھکیل کر راستہ بنا لیا۔
اسلام آباد کے ڈی چوک پر پی ٹی آئی کے احتجاج کے پیش نظر جڑواں شہروں میں آج نجی سکول بند رکھنے کا اعلان کیا گیا ہے۔

ادھر میٹرو بس انتظامیہ نے بھی راولپنڈی میں آج میٹرو بس سروس معطل رکھنے کا اعلان کر دیا ہے۔
ضلعی انتظامیہ کی ہدایت کے مطابق میٹرو بس سروس صدر سے آئی جے پی روڈ تک معطل رہے گی جبکہ آئی جے پی روڈ سے پاک سیکرٹریٹ تک میٹرو بس بحال رہے گی۔
لاہور سمیت پنجاب بھر سے اسلام آباد، راولپنڈی کو ملانے والی تمام سڑکیں رکاوٹیں لگا کر بند کر دی گئی ہیں، لاہور میں موٹروے، رنگ روڈ، بابوصابو انٹرچینج، شاہدرہ سے پنڈی جانے والی سڑکوں پر بھی رکاوٹیں کھڑی کر دی گئی ہیں۔
لاہور بابوصابو انٹرچینج ٹول پلازہ پر 12 سے زائد کنٹینر کھڑے کیے گئے ہیں، ہنگامی صورتحال سے نمٹنے کیلئے واٹر کینن، واٹر بوزر، پریزن وین، پولیس کی نفری بھی موجود ہے، عام شہریوں کو بھی پنڈی، اسلام آباد جانے روک دیا گیا ہے۔
لاہور پولیس کی جانب سے کہا گیا ہے کہ اگر کارکنان یہاں پہنچیں گے تو گرفتار کریں گے، کسی قسم کی بدتمیزی برداشت نہیں کریں گے، پوری تیاری سے کھڑے ہیں۔
دوسری جانب پنجاب کے 4 شہروں میں دفعہ 144 نافذ ہے اور امن و امان کی صورتحال کے پیش نظر رینجر طلب کر لی گئی ہے۔
صوبائی دارالحکومت لاہور، راولپنڈی، اٹک اور سرگودھا میں دفعہ 144 نافذ کی گئی ہے، حکومت پنجاب نے لاہور، راولپنڈی اور اٹک میں رینجر بھی طلب کر لی، ہر قسم کے سیاسی اجتماعات، دھرنے، جلسے، مظاہرے، احتجاج اور ایسی تمام سرگرمیوں پر پابندی عائد کی گئی ہے۔
راولپنڈی اور اٹک میں 4 اور 5 اکتوبر کیلئے رینجر کی 6 کمپنیوں کی خدمات طلب کی گئی ہیں، اٹک میں فرنٹئیر کانسٹیبلری کی 10 پلاٹون بھی تعینات کرنے کی سفارش کی گئی ہے تاہم لاہور میں 5 اکتوبر کیلئے رینجر کی 3 کمپنیوں کی خدمات طلب کی گئی ہیں۔
ادھر خیبرپختونخوا سے بھی قافلے ڈی چوک اسلام آباد جانے کیلئے تیار ہیں، خیبرپختونخوا کے قافلے ایم ون موٹروے پر جمع ہو کر صوابی جائیں گے، صوابی سے قافلوں کی قیادت وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کرینگے، ورکروں کو بھرپور تیاری کیساتھ ڈی چوک جانے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے۔
پارٹی حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ جتنے دن لگیں تیاری مکمل ہے ڈی چوک پہنچیں گے، آنسو گیس سے بچنے کے لیے ماسک اور دیگر انتظامات مکمل ہیں، نوجوانوں کا تربیت یافتہ دستہ قافلوں سے پہلے جائے گا، نوجوانوں کا دستہ تمام رکاوٹوں کو بھاری مشینری سے کلیئر کرے گا۔
