ان کا کہنا ہے کہ اب 9 مئی کے ملزمان انکوائری کمیشن کے لیے خود ہی ایکٹ لائیں گے، خود منصف بن جائیں گے، 9 مئی کو فوجی تنصیبات، شہداء کے مجسمے جلانے کے ہولناک مناظر پوری دنیا نے دیکھے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ سوا سال بعد بھی عدالتوں میں 9 مئی کے مقدمات جوں کے توں موجود ہیں، برطانیہ میں فسادات کے بعد عدالتوں نے 3 دن میں کئی ملزمان پر فردِ جرم عائد کی، سزائیں سنائیں، پاکستان میں عدالتیں 9 مئی کے ایک بھی ملزم کو سزائیں نہیں دے سکیں، شہداء کے لواحقین آج بھی پاکستان کے نظامِ عدل کی طرف دیکھ رہے ہیں۔
