Imran Khan has the facility of a five-star hotel in jail, Ahsan Iqbal

وفاقی وزیر برائے منصوبہ بندی احسن اقبل نے کہا ہے
کہ بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی کو جیل میں فائیو سٹار ہوٹل کی سہولت حاصل ہے، جن حالات میں ہمیں جیلوں میں رکھا گیا وہ سب کے سامنے ہیں۔ اڈیالہ جیل میں تھا تو کیا میں رکنِ اسمبلی نہیں تھا؟ جیل کے جس سیل میں بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی نے مجھے مہمان رکھا تھا وہ اب اسی سیل میں خود مہمان ہیں، یہ اللّٰہ تعالی کا نظام ہے۔
وفاقی وزیر نے کہا کہ وہاں ملاقات نہیں ہونے دی جاتی، میرے خاندان کو وہاں پانچ پانچ گھنٹے ملاقات کے لیے بٹھائے رکھا جاتا تھا۔ ہمیں تو کسی وکیل سے ملنے کی اجازت نہیں تھی۔ یہ کبھی اسٹریچر اور کبھی ویل چیئر پر بیٹھ کر چیخیں مارتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ یہ سچ سننے کا حوصلہ پیدا کریں، جو قبر انہوں نے کھودی تھی آج اسی میں گرے ہوئے ہیں۔ آپ سمجھتے ہیں کہ آپ سے زیادتی ہو رہی ہے تو عدالتوں میں بے گناہی ثابت کریں کہ ہمارے رہنماؤں نے کبھی چیخیں نہیں ماریں، بہادری سے مقابلہ کیا، یہ کبھی چیختے ہیں کہ ہماری ہوا نکل گئی اور کبھی کہتے ہیں کہ ہماری آکسیجن ختم ہو گئی۔
اس موقع پر احسن اقبال نے کہا کہ وفاق کو ڈیولپمنٹ اور دیگر اخراجات کے لیے قرض لینا پڑ رہا ہے۔ آج حکومت کو جن چیلنجز کا سامنا ہے ان کے لیے اسٹرکچر ریفارم کی جا رہی ہیں، اس اقدام کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ ہم ڈیٹ ٹریپ سے بچ سکیں۔

Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal has said
That the founders of PTI have the facility of a five-star hotel in the jail, the conditions under which we were kept in the jails are in front of everyone. Was I not a member of the assembly when Adiala was in jail? In the prison cell in which the founder of PTI kept me as a guest, he is now a guest in the same cell. This is the system of Allah.
The federal minister said that meetings were not allowed there, my family was made to sit there for five hours for a meeting. We were not allowed to meet any lawyer. Sometimes they sit on a stretcher and sometimes on a wheelchair and scream.
He further said that they should be encouraged to listen to the truth, the grave they dug is the same today. If you think that you are being abused then prove your innocence in the courts that our leaders never shouted, fought bravely, sometimes they shout that we are out of air and sometimes they say that we are out of oxygen. .
On this occasion, Ahsan Iqbal said that the federal government is having to borrow for development and other expenses. Structural reforms are being done to meet the challenges faced by the government today, the aim of this initiative is to avoid the debt trap.
