101 million dollar aid requested for Pakistan

امریکا کے اسسٹنٹ سیکرٹری برائے جنوبی و وسط ایشیا ڈونلڈ لو امریکی ایوان نمائندگان کی کمیٹی میں پیش ہوئے جہاں انہوں نے پاکستان اور افغانستان کے حوالے سے بریفنگ دی۔
امریکی ایوان نمائندگان کی کمیٹی میں پیشی کے موقع پر ڈونلڈ لو نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان میں جمہوریت اور انسانی حقوق کی حمایت پر توجہ مرکوز ہے، امریکی صدر جوبائیڈن کی طرف سے 10 کروڑ 10 لاکھ ڈالر پاکستان کیلئے امداد کی درخواست کی گئی ہے۔
امریکا کے اسسٹنٹ سیکرٹری ڈونلڈ لو نے کمیٹی کو مزید بتایا ہے کہ امدادی رقم پاکستان کو دہشتگردی کیخلاف جنگ، اقتصادی اصلاحات اور قرض میں مدد کیلئے دی جائے گی، رقم سے پاکستان کو اپنی معیشت کو مستحکم کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔
ڈونلڈ لو نے کہا ہے کہ افغانستان میں خواتین اور اقلیتی گروہوں کی صورتحال پرتشویش ہے، جب تک افغانوں کے حقوق کا احترام نہیں کیا جائے گا طالبان حکومت سے تعلقات معمول پر نہیں آ سکتے، طالبان حکومت تمام امریکی شہریوں کو رہا کرے۔

US Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asia Donald Low appeared in the US House of Representatives Committee where he gave a briefing regarding Pakistan and Afghanistan.
On the occasion of his appearance in the committee of the American House of Representatives, Donald Lou has said that the focus is on supporting democracy and human rights in Pakistan, US President Joe Biden has requested 10 million dollars in aid for Pakistan.
US Assistant Secretary Donald Lou has further informed the committee that the aid money will be given to Pakistan for war against terrorism, economic reforms and debt relief, the money will help Pakistan to stabilize its economy.
Donald Lou has said that there is concern about the situation of women and minority groups in Afghanistan, unless the rights of Afghans are respected, relations with the Taliban government cannot return to normal, the Taliban government should release all American citizens.
