30 newly elected members of Gilgit-Baltistan take oath
اسپیکر گلگت بلتستان اسمبلی نذیر احمد ایڈووکیٹ نے نو منتخب ارکان سے حلف لیا۔
پیپلز پارٹی کے 13، ن لیگ کے 9 ارکان نے حلف اٹھایا، جبکہ استحکام پاکستان پارٹی کے 6 اور ایم ڈبلیو ایم کے ایک رکن نے حلف اٹھایا۔
پی ٹی آئی کے حمایت یافتہ آزاد رکن بھی حلف اٹھانے والوں میں شامل ہیں۔ اب اسپیکر، ڈپٹی اسپیکر اور قائدِ ایوان کا انتخاب عمل میں لایا جائے گا۔
اسپیکر گلگت اسمبلی نے جی بی اسمبلی کا اجلاس دن آج 3 بجے دن تک ملتوی کر دیا۔
واضح رہے کہ گلگت کے 3 حلقوں کا نوٹی فکیشن عدالتی حکم پر رکا ہوا ہے
Speaker Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Nazir Ahmed Advocate administered the oath to the newly elected members.
13 members of the PPP, 9 members of the PML-N took the oath, while 6 members of the Utsharq-e-Pakistan Party and one member of the MWM took the oath.
An independent member supported by PTI is also among those who took the oath. Now the election of the Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Leader of the House will be held.
Speaker Gilgit Assembly adjourned the GB Assembly session till 3 pm today.
It should be noted that the notification of 3 constituencies of Gilgit is pending on a court order.
