دبئ:اگر یوں کہا جائے کہ متحدہ عرب امارات ڈوب گیا تو اس میں کوئی شک نہیں ہوگا۔متحدہ عرب امارات میں ہونے والی شدید بارشوں نے  تباہی مچا دی جس سے نظام زندگی بری طرح سے مفلوج ہوگیا، شدید بارشوں کے باعث حکومت نے ریڈ الرٹ جاری کردیا ہے۔ متحدہ عرب امارات کے محکمہ موسمیات کے مطابق پیر کی صبح سے منگل کی دوپہر تک گرج چمک کے ساتھ طوفانی بارش ہوئی جبکہ مختلف علاقوں میں کلاؤڈ برسٹ بھی ہوا۔شدید بارشوں کے باعث متحدہ عرب امارات کی کئی ریاستوں اور شہروں میں سڑکیں تالاب کا منظر پیش کرنے لگیں جبکہ رہائشی علاقوں میں سیلابی صورت حال پیدا ہوگئی اور بارش کا پانی گھروں، مالز، میٹرواسٹیشن  اور دیگر مقامات  میں داخل ہوگیا۔حکومت نے شدید بارشوں کے پیش نظر ملک بھر ریڈ الرٹ  جاری کردیا ہے۔ محکمہ موسمیات نے نئی ایڈوائزری جاری کی ہے اور کہا ہے کہ بارش کا دوسرا اسپیل منگل کی دوپہر سے شروع ہوگا اور جمعرات تک بادل گرج چمک کے ساتھ برسیں گے۔ماہرین موسمیات کا کہنا ہے کہ دوسرے اسپیل کے دوران بھی مختلف علاقوں میں بجلی گرجنے سمیت  تیز بارش اور ژالہ باری ہوگی۔مقامی انتظامیہ نے شہریوں سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ بلا ضرورت گھروں سے باہر نہ نکلیں۔ انتظامیہ کا کہنا ہے کہ سڑکوں پر کئی فٹ پانی جمع ہونے کی وجہ سے گاڑیاں ڈوب گئی ہیں اور ٹریفک کی روانی میں مشکلات پیش آرہی ہیں تاہم نکاسی کے لیے ہنگامی اقدامات بھی کیے جارہے ہیں۔یہ صورت حال ابوظہبی، دبئی، شارجہ، فجیرہ اور راس الخیمہ میں ہے جہاں پر لینڈ سلائیڈنگ کے واقعات بھی پیش آئے۔
