No individual exempt from strict accountability system: Corps Commanders’ Conference

آئی ایس پی آر کی جانب سے جاری اعلامیے کے مطابق آرمی چیف جنرل سید عاصم منیر کے زیر صدارت کور کمانڈرز کانفرنس ہوئی، شرکا کانفرنس نے شہدا کے ایصالِ ثواب کے لیے فاتحہ خوانی کی۔
کورکمانڈرز نے پاکستان کے امن و استحکام کیلئے شہدا افواجِ پاکستان، دیگر قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں اور پاکستانی شہریوں کی بلوچستان اور خیبر پختونخوا میں لازوال قربانیوں کو زبردست خراجِ عقیدت پیش کیا۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق فورم کو خطے کی صورتحال، قومی سلامتی کو درپیش چیلنجز اور بڑھتے ہوئے خطرات کے جواب میں آپریشنل حکمت عملی کے بارے میں بریفنگ دی گئی۔فورم نے ملک میں، خصوصاً بلوچستان اور خیبر پختونخوا میں سرگرم ملک دشمن قوتوں، منفی اور تخریبی عناصر اور ان کے پاکستان مخالف اندرونی اور بیرونی سہو لت کاروں کی سر گرمیوں اور اس کے تدارک کے لئے کئے جانے والے متعدد اقدامات پر بھی غور کیا۔
پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ کے مطابق فورم نے اس بات کا اعادہ کیا کہ پاک فوج عوام کی غیر متزلزل حمایت سے انسداد دہشتگردی کے لیے قربانیوں کو رائیگاں نہیں جانے دے گی، فورم نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ فوج ایک منظم ادارہ ہے جس کے ہر فرد کی پیشہ ورانہ مہارت اور وفاداری صرف ریاست اور افواج پاکستان کے ساتھ ہے۔
شرکاءِ کانفرنس نے کہا کہ پاک فوج غیر متزلزل عزم سے ایک مضبوط اور کڑے احتساب کے ذریعے اپنی اقدار کی پاسداری کرتی ہے، جس میں کسی قسم کی جانبداری اور استثنیٰ کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں ہوتی۔کو ر کمانڈرز نے کہا کہ فوج میں موجود کڑے احتسابی نظام پر عملدرآمد ادارے کے استحکام کے لئے لازم ہے اور کوئی بھی فرد اس عمل سے بالاتر اور مستثنیٰ نہیں ہو سکتا۔
ایک مضبوط اور مؤثر قانونی نظام کی اہمیت کو اُجاگرکرتے ہوئے آرمی چیف نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ پاک فوج دہشت گردوں، انتشار پسندوں اور جرائم پیشہ مافیاز کے خلاف ضروری اور قانونی کارروائی کرنے میں حکومت، انتظامیہ اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کو جامع تعاون فراہم کرتی رہے گی۔
فورم نے دہشت گرد نیٹ ورکس کی ملی بھگت سے چلنے والی غیر قانونی سرگرمیوں کے خلاف جاری کوششوں پر بھی اطمینان کا اظہار کیا اور سخت سائبر سکیورٹی اقدامات کے ذریعے قومی سائبر سپیس کے تحفظ پر زور دیا۔
کور کمانڈرز نے بھارت کے زیرِ قبضہ مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزیوں کا شکار کشمیری عوام کے ساتھ، اظہارِ یکجہتی کرتے ہوئے تحریکِ آزادی کے شہدا کو خراجِ عقیدت پیش کیا۔
فورم نے اسرائیل کی نہتے فلسطینیوں پر جاری بربریت اور نسل کشی کی بھی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کی، فورم نے پاک فوج کی آپریشنل تیاریوں پر اعتماد اور پیشہ ورانہ مہارت کے حصول میں اعلیٰ معیار کو برقرار رکھنے کا اعادہ کیا۔

According to the announcement issued by ISPR, the Corps Commanders Conference was held under the chairmanship of Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, the participants of the conference recited Fatiha for the martyrs.
The Corps Commanders paid great tribute to the martyrs of Pakistan Army, other law enforcement agencies and Pakistani citizens in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for their eternal sacrifices for the peace and stability of Pakistan.
According to ISPR, the forum was briefed on the situation in the region, the challenges facing national security and the operational strategy in response to the growing threats. Also considered the rise of negative and subversive elements and their anti-Pakistan internal and external facilitators and various measures to be taken to remedy the same.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army, the forum reiterated that the Pakistan Army will not let the sacrifices for counter-terrorism go in vain with the unwavering support of the people. The professionalism and loyalty of every individual is only with the State and the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
The participants of the conference said that the Pakistan Army upholds its values ​​with unwavering determination through a strong and strict accountability, which leaves no room for partiality and immunity. Implementation of the system is necessary for the stability of the organization and no individual can be above and exempted from this process.
Emphasizing the importance of a strong and effective legal system, the Army Chief emphasized that the Pakistan Army should cooperate with the government, administration and law enforcement agencies in taking necessary and legal action against terrorists, anarchists and criminal mafias. Will continue to provide support.
The forum also expressed satisfaction over the ongoing efforts against illegal activities with the connivance of terrorist networks and stressed on the protection of national cyberspace through stringent cyber security measures.
The corps commanders paid tribute to the martyrs of the freedom movement while expressing solidarity with the Kashmiri people who are suffering serious violations of human rights in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The Forum also strongly condemned Israel’s ongoing brutality and genocide against innocent Palestinians, the Forum reiterated its confidence in the operational readiness of the Pakistan Army and maintaining high standards in achieving professionalism.
