Privatization of PIA

قومی ایئرلائن (پی آئی اے) کی نجکاری کا عمل شروع ہوگیا، نیلامی کیلئے بولی کھول دی گئی، جو 10 ارب روپے لگائی گئی ہے۔
حکومت نے پی آئی اے کی کم از کم قیمت 85 ارب 3 کروڑ روپے مقرر کی تھی، بولی دہندہ کو سرکاری قیمت میں خریدنے کیلئے 30 منٹ کا وقت دے دیا گیا۔
یاد رہے کہ پی آئی اے کی نجکاری کیلئے صرف ایک کمپنی نے بولی میں حصہ لیا، بولی کا عمل سرکاری ٹی وی پر براہ راست دکھایا گیا۔
نجکاری کمیشن ذرائع کے مطابق بلیو ورلڈ ایوی ایشن کنسورشیم کے ساتھ معاہدے کے اہم خد و خال پر نجکاری کمیشن متفق ہے۔
پی آئی اے کے ملازمین کو 18 ماہ تک ملازمت پر رکھا جائے گا، اس کے بعد تقریباً 70 فیصد تک ملازمین کو ازسر نو جاب لیٹر آفر ہوں گے۔
سرمایہ کار کمپنی پانچ برسوں میں 30 کروڑ ڈالر کی سرمایہ کاری کرے گی اور جہازوں کی تعداد 45 تک بڑھائی جائے گی، پی آئی اے تمام روٹس پر اپنی سروسز کو بحال کرے گی۔
بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کنسورشیم کے ساتھ بولی فائنل کرنے کیلئے مذاکرات بھی کیے جا سکتے ہیں جن میں بولی کم ہونے کی صورت میں بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کنسورشیم کو مختلف آپشنز دیے جائیں گے، سنگل بڈرز کیساتھ بولی کامیاب کرنے کیلئے رولز میں ترامیم بھی کی گئی۔

The process of privatization of National Airlines (PIA) has started, the bidding has been opened for the auction, which has been fixed at 10 billion rupees.

According to the Privatization Commission sources, the Privatization Commission has agreed on the main aspects of the agreement with Blue World Aviation Consortium.
PIA employees will be hired for 18 months, after which about 70 percent of the employees will be offered fresh job letters.
The investment company will invest $300 million over five years and the number of aircraft will be increased to 45. PIA will resume its services on all routes.
Negotiations can also be done with Blue World City Consortium to finalize the bid, in which Blue World City Consortium will be given various options in case of low bid.
