An application was filed to stop the rally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf in Lahore.

ایڈووکیٹ ندیم سرور نے درخواست میں کہا ہے کہ پی ٹی آئی کے جلسوں میں نفرت انگیز تقاریر کی جاتی ہیں، آخری جلسہ پی ٹی آئی نے مینار پاکستان پر کیا، وزیرِ اعلیٰ کے پی کے علی امین گنڈاپور کی تقریر ریکارڈ پر ہے۔
درخواست میں مؤقف اپنایا گیا ہے کہ پی ٹی آئی لاہور میں جلسے کے لیے لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں متعدد درخواستیں دائر کر چکی ہے، ڈپٹی کمشنر لاہور دہشت گردی کے پیشِ نظر جلسے کی اجازت نہیں دے رہے۔
درخواست میں کہا گیا ہے کہ پی ٹی آئی کے جلسوں میں عدلیہ کے خلاف تقاریر کی جاتی ہیں، آئینی اداروں کے خلاف تقاریر کر کے ان کی توہین کی جاتی ہے، ن لیگ اور تحریکِ انصاف سیاسی مخالف ہیں، خون خرابے کا خطرہ ہے۔
درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی ہے کہ پی ٹی آئی کو پنجاب بھر میں کہیں پر بھی جلسہ کرنے سے روکا جائے۔

Advocate Nadeem Sarwar has said in the petition that hateful speeches are made in PTI meetings, the last meeting held by PTI at Pakistan Minar, Chief Minister KPK Ali Amin Gandapur’s speech is on record.
It is stated in the application that PTI has filed several applications in the Lahore High Court for the rally in Lahore, Deputy Commissioner Lahore is not allowing the rally in view of terrorism.
It has been said in the petition that speeches against the judiciary are made in PTI meetings, constitutional institutions are insulted by giving speeches, PML-N and Tehreek-e-Insaaf are political opponents, there is a risk of bloodshed.
In the petition, it is requested that PTI should be stopped from holding rally anywhere in Punjab.
