The trial court was prevented from passing a final judgment on the £190 million case

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی کی 190 ملین پاؤنڈ کیس بند کرنے کے نیب کے پرانے فیصلے کی ریکارڈ فراہمی کی درخواست پر ٹرائل کورٹ کو کیس کا حتمی فیصلہ سنانے سے روک دیا۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی کی درخواست پر ڈویژن بینچ نے رجسٹرار آفس کے اعتراضات کے ساتھ درخواست پر سماعت کی۔
بینچ میں جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب اور جسٹس بابر ستار شامل تھے۔ سماعت کے دوران وکیل سلمان اکرم راجہ، سابق صدرِ پاکستان عارف علوی، شبلی فراز، علی محمد خان، اعظم خان اور دیگر کمرۂ عدالت موجود تھے۔

The Islamabad High Court has stopped the trial court from pronouncing the final verdict on the petition of NAB’s old decision to close the 190 million pound case of PTI founder. In the Islamabad High Court, on the petition of the PTI founder, the Division Bench heard the petition with the objections of the Registrar’s Office.
The bench consisted of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar. During the hearing, lawyer Salman Akram Raja, former President of Pakistan Arif Alvi, Shibli Faraz, Ali Muhammad Khan, Azam Khan and others were present in the court room.
