Prime Minister announced a package of 23 billion for Azad Kashmir
اسلام آباد: وزیرِاعظم پاکستان محمد شہباز شریف نے آزاد کشمیر کے عوام کے مسائل کو حل کرنے کیلئے 23 ارب روپے کی فوری فراہمی کی منظوری دے دی۔محمد شہباز شریف کی زیرِ صدارت آزاد کشمیر کی حالیہ صورتحال پر اسلام آباد میں خصوصی اجلاس ہوا۔اجلاس میں وزیرِاعظم آزاد جموں و کشمیر، آزاد حکومت کے وزراء اور اعلی سیاسی قیادت نے شرکت کی۔ اجلاس میں وفاقی وزراء اور اتحادی جماعتوں کے زعماء نے بھی شرکت کی۔کشمیری قیادت اور جملہ شرکاء نے وزیرِ اعظم پاکستان محمد شہباز شریف کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔اس فیصلے کے فوراً بعد آزاد کشمیر میں بجلی کی قیمتوں میں کمی کردی گئی۔آزاد جموں و کشمیر محکمہ توانائی نے بجلی کی قیمتوں میں کمی کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا۔ گھریلو استعمال کی بجلی کے لئے ایک سے 100 یونٹ تک بجلی کی قیمت 3 روپے فی یونٹ ہوگی۔ 101 سے 300 یونٹ تک 5 روپے جبکہ 300 سے زیادہ یونٹس کے استعمال پر 6 روپے فی یونٹ ہو گی۔نوٹیفیکیشن کے مطابق کمرشل استعمال پر 300 یونٹ استعمال پر بجلی کی فی یونٹ قیمت 10 روپے ہو گی۔ 300 سے زائد یونٹس کے استعمال پر فی یونٹ بجلی کی قیمت 15 روپے ہوگی۔بعدازاں وزیراعظم آزادکشمیر چوہدری انوارالحق نے کابینہ ارکان کے ہمراہ پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سستی بجلی اور سستی روٹی کے مطالبات کو کوئی ذی شعور انکار نہیں کرسکتا، وزیراعظم پاکستان نے معاشی مشکلات اور تحفظات کے باوجود فوری طور پر بجلی اور گندم پر سبسڈی کے نوٹیفکیشن جاری کردیے۔
Islamabad: The Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif approved the immediate provision of 23 billion rupees to solve the problems of the people of Azad Kashmir. A special meeting was held in Islamabad on the current situation of Azad Kashmir under the chairmanship of Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. It was attended by the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, ministers of the independent government and top political leadership. Federal ministers and leaders of allied parties also participated in the meeting. The Kashmiri leadership and all the participants thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. Immediately after this decision, the electricity prices were reduced in Azad Kashmir. Kashmir Energy Department has issued a notification to reduce electricity prices. For household electricity from one to 100 units, the cost of electricity will be Rs 3 per unit. From 101 to 300 units, it will be Rs. 5, while for consumption of more than 300 units, it will be Rs. 6 per unit. According to the notification, the price of electricity per unit will be Rs. 10 for commercial use and 300 units. For the use of more than 300 units, the cost of electricity per unit will be Rs. 15. Later, Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar Haq, while holding a press conference with the cabinet members, said that no sane person can deny the demands of cheap electricity and cheap bread. Despite the economic difficulties and reservations, the notification of subsidy on electricity and wheat was immediately issued.
