Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif meeting with Iraqi counterpart

نیویارک میں اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی کے 79 ویں اجلاس کے موقع پر وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے عراقی ہم منصب محمد شیاع السودانی سے ملاقات کی جس میں باہمی دلچسپی کے علاقائی اور بین الاقوامی امور پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔
وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف نے پاکستان اور عراق کے مابین مضبوط تعلقات کو خوش آئند قرار دیا اور پاکستانی زائرین کے لئے ہر سال کئے جانے والے انتظامات پر عراقی حکومت کو سراہا۔
ملاقات کے دوران دونوں رہنماؤں نے پاکستان عراق دوطرفہ تعلقات کے دائرہ کار کو مزید وسیع کرنے پر اتفاق کیا، باہمی طور پر تعاون کے فروغ کیلئے دونوں ممالک کے مابین موجود استعداد سے استفادہ حاصل کرنے کا بھی فیصلہ کیا گیا۔
دونوں رہنماؤں نے غزہ پر جاری اسرائیلی قتل عام، ظلم و جبر اور لاکھوں انسانی زندگیوں کی تباہی پر گہری تشویش کا اظہار کیا، وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے پاکستان کی جانب سے غزہ میں فوری جنگ بندی اور غزہ کی نسل کشی کا ذمہ دار اسرائیل کو ٹھہرانے کے مطالبے کا اعادہ کیا۔
اس موقع پر بین الاقوامی مسائل پر اتفاق کرتے ہوئے دونوں رہنماؤں نے غزہ میں فوری جنگ بندی اور فلسطینی بہن بھائیوں کو انسانی امداد کی بلاتعطل فراہمی کیلئے اقوام متحدہ اور او آئی سی کے پلیٹ فارمز پر بین الاقوامی کوششوں کو مزید مؤثر اور تیز کرنے پر زور دیا۔
اس کے علاوہ وزیراعظم محمد شہبازشریف کی نیپال کے وزیراعظم کے-پی شرما اولی سے بھی اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی کے 79 ویں اجلاس کے موقع پر نیویارک میں ملاقات ہوئی۔

وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے کے-پی شرما اولی کو نیپال کی وزارت عظمیٰ کا منصب سنبھالنے پر مبارکباد دی۔
شہباز شریف نے پاکستان اور نیپال کے مابین گہرے دوطرفہ تعلقات پر اطمینان کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے پاکستانی عوام کی جانب سے نیپال کی حکومت و عوام کیلئے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا۔
وزیراعظم نے دونوں ممالک کے درمیان کثیر الجہتی تعاون بالخصوص تجارتی، اقتصادی اور سیاحت کے شعبوں میں تعاون کو مزید مضبوط بنانے کی خواہش کا اظہار کیا اور نیپال کے وزیراعظم کو پاکستان کے دورے کی دعوت بھی دی۔

On the occasion of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with his Iraqi counterpart Mohammad Shia al-Sudani, in which regional and international issues of mutual interest were discussed.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif hailed the strong relationship between Pakistan and Iraq and appreciated the Iraqi government for the arrangements made for Pakistani pilgrims every year.
During the meeting, the two leaders agreed to further expand the scope of Pakistan-Iraq bilateral relations, it was also decided to take advantage of the potential between the two countries for the promotion of mutual cooperation.
The two leaders expressed deep concern over the ongoing Israeli massacres, oppression and destruction of millions of human lives in Gaza. He reiterated the demand.
On this occasion, while agreeing on the international issues, the two leaders stressed on more effective and accelerated international efforts on the platforms of the United Nations and the OIC for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian brothers and sisters. gave
Apart from this, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif also met Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on the occasion of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated KP Sharma Oli on assuming the post of Prime Minister of Nepal.
Shahbaz Sharif expressed his satisfaction on the deep bilateral relations between Pakistan and Nepal and expressed good wishes for the government and people of Nepal on behalf of the people of Pakistan.
The Prime Minister expressed his desire to further strengthen multilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of trade, economy and tourism, and also invited the Prime Minister of Nepal to visit Pakistan.
