Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s historic package for farmers of Balochistan

بلوچستان میں بجلی پر چلنے والے 28 ہزار ٹیوب ویلز کو شمسی توانائی پر منتقل کیا جائے گا، منصوبے پر55 ارب روپے کی لاگت آئے گی، 70فیصد وفاق اور 30 فیصد بلوچستان حکومت ادا کرے گی، وفاق اورصوبائی حکومت کے درمیان معاہدے پر دستخط کرنے کی تقریب منعقد ہوئی۔وزیراعظم شہبازشریف نے بلوچستان کابینہ کے اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ٹیوب ویلز کے شمسی توانائی پر منتقل کرنے سے کسان خوشحال ہوگا، بلوچستان کے ٹیوب ویلوں کے لئے وفاقی حکومت نے 10سال میں 500ارب روپے دیئے ہیں۔
محمد شہبازشریف نے کہا کہ آج وفاق اور بلوچستان حکومت سے تعاون سے لینڈ مارک معاہدہ ہوا ہے، معاہدے سے ٹیوب ویل چلانے کیلئے شمسی توانائی سے سستی بجلی ملے گی، ہر سال وفاق 90 ارب روپے بھرتا تھا ، سستی بجلی ملنے سے کھیت سیراب ہوں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان نے یقین دلایا ہے یہ معاہدہ 3ماہ میں مکمل کریں گے، ہم اسلام آباد بلا کر ان کی خراج تحسین پیش کریں گے، پورے پاکستان میں 10 لاکھ ٹیوب ویل مہنگے تیل سے چلتے ہیں، تیل امپورٹ کرنے کیلئے ساڑھے تین ارب ڈالر ہر سال ضائع ہوتے ہیں۔
شہبازشریف نے کہا کہ آئی ایم ایف معاہدہ ہماری مجبوری ہے، ہمارے وزیر خزانہ بہت قابل ہیں، وزیر خزانہ نے کہا ہم نے کڑوے فیصلے نہ کئے تو 3سال بعد بھی آئی ایم ایف جانا پڑے گا، ہمارے لئے وہ ڈوب مرنے کا مقام ہوگا کہ 3سال بعد بھی آئی ایم ایف جائیں۔
