Bill for establishment of National Forensic Agency approved

وفاقی حکومت نے قومی فارنزک ایجنسی کے قیام کا فیصلہ کر لیا۔
سینیٹ نے نیشنل فارنزک ایجنسی کے قیام کا بل منظور کر لیا جس کے مطابق ریسرچ، فارنزک اور ڈیجیٹل فارنزک کے شعبے قائم کیے جائیں گے۔
بل کے مطابق ڈیجیٹل فارنزک کا شعبہ قومی سیکیورٹی کے معاملات میں معاونت کرے گا۔
نیشنل فارنزک ایجنسی وفاق، صوبوں، گلگت بلتستان اور آزاد کمشیر سمیت تمام فارنزک ایجنسیوں کو سروسز مہیا کرے گی۔
بل کے متن کے مطابق ایجنسی لیب اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کو بھی سروسز مہیا کرے گی، ایجنسی ڈیجیٹل فارنزک مواد کو محفوظ کرے گی، فارنزک ایجنسی بطور ماہر عدالت میں بھی پیش ہو گی۔
بل کے مطابق نیشنل فارنزک ایجنسی کا ڈی جی دُہری شہریت کا حامل نہیں ہو گا، ایجنسی کے بورڈ اف گورنرز کا چیئر پرسن ڈویژن کا سیکریٹری ہو گا۔
بورڈ میں آئی جی اسلام آباد، نیکٹا کا نیشنل کوآرڈی نیٹر اور نیشنل پولیس بیورو کا ڈی جی شامل ہو گا۔

The federal government has decided to establish a National Forensic Agency.
The Senate has approved the National Forensic Agency Bill, which will establish research, forensics and digital forensics departments.
According to the bill, the department of digital forensics will assist in matters of national security.
The National Forensic Agency will provide services to all forensic agencies including the Federation, Provinces, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kamsheer.
According to the text of the bill, the agency will also provide services to the lab and law enforcement agencies, the agency will preserve digital forensic materials, the forensic agency will also appear in court as an expert.
According to the bill, the DG of the National Forensic Agency will not be a dual citizen, the chairperson of the board of governors of the agency will be the secretary of the division.
The board will include IG Islamabad, National Coordinator of Necta and DG of National Police Bureau.
