Lakki Marwat: New Gas and Condensate Reserves Discovered

خیبر پختون خوا کے ضلع لکی مروت کے بیٹانی-2 کنویں میں گیس اور کنڈینسیٹ کے نئے ذخائر دریافت ہو گئے۔
ترجمان کے مطابق او جی ڈی سی ایل نے گیس اور کنڈینسیٹ کے نئے ذخائر دریافت کیے ہیں۔
ترجمان او جی ڈی سی ایل نے بتایا ہے کہ ولی بلاک ساماناسک فارمیشن میں یہ پہلی ہائیڈرو کاربن دریافت ہے۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ ابتدائی طور پر یومیہ21 لاکھ 14ہزار مکعب فٹ گیس حاصل ہو گی جبکہ یومیہ 74 بیرل خام تیل ملے گا۔
ترجمان کا کہنا ہے کہ ساماناسک فارمیشن میں بیٹانی کنواں-2 او جی ڈی سی ایل کی اہم دریافت ہے۔
او جی ڈی سی ایل کے ترجمان نے یہ بھی کہا کہ دریافت سے علاقے میں مزید کنویں کھودنے کی منصوبہ بندی کی جا رہی ہے۔

New deposits of gas and condensate have been discovered in Betani-2 well in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the spokesperson, OGDCL has discovered new reserves of gas and condensate.
Spokesperson OGDCL said that this is the first hydrocarbon discovery in the Wiley Block Samanask Formation.
He said that initially 21 lakh 14 thousand cubic feet of gas will be obtained per day while 74 barrels of crude oil will be obtained per day.
Betani Well-2 is OGDCL’s key discovery in the Samanask Formation, the spokesman said.
The OGDCL spokesperson also said that the discovery is leading to plans to drill more wells in the area.
