بیرسٹر سیف نے کہا کہ نواز شریف کو عوام نے نہیں بلکہ الیکشن کمیشن نے جتوایا ہے، نواز شریف کو استعفیٰ دینا چاہیے۔مشیرِ اطلاعات خیبر پختون خوا بیرسٹر محمد علی سیف نے کہا ہے کہ بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی چھپ کر مذاکرات نہیں کریں گے، وہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ کے فضل و کرم سے جیل سے رہا ہوں گے، بانیٔ پی ٹی آئی جب مذاکرات کریں گے تو عوام کے سامنے ڈی چوک میں کریں گے۔
میڈیا سے گفتگو کے دوران بیرسٹر محمد علی سیف نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان تحریکِ انصاف کا 8 ستمبر کو جلسہ ہو گا، جس کے لیے بڑے پیمانے پر تیاریاں ہو رہی ہیں، ہم قانون اور آئین کے دائرے میں رہتے ہوئے احتجاج کریں گے، ہم ان کو عوام کی طاقت سے ہٹائیں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی کو 9 مئی کے واقعات پر بدنام کیا جا رہا ہے، سیاست کو زندہ رکھنے کے لیے 9 مئی کے واقعات کا سہارا لیا جا رہا ہے، اصلاحات اور قانون سازی کی جا رہی ہے، پی ٹی آئی کو ناکام بنانے کی بہت کوشش کی گئی، 9 مئی کا ڈرامہ بھی پی ٹی آئی کو ناکام نہ کر سکا۔
بیرسٹر سیف کا کہنا ہے کہ ہم مستعفی نہیں ہوں گے، جب آپ اسمبلی میں آتے ہیں، تو اسمبلی آپ کا میدان ہوتا ہے، ہم اسمبلیوں سے مستعفی ہوجائیں تو یہ خوش ہوں گے کہ میدان ان کو مل جائے، یہ ہم نہیں ہونے دیں گے، پی ٹی آئی ان کا ڈٹ کر مقابلہ کرے گی۔
بیرسٹر سیف نے کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ میں ججز کی تعداد بڑھانے اور توسیع کے لیے پارلیمنٹ سے مدد لی جا رہی ہے، مختص نشستوں پر جب فیصلہ آیا تو اس کو سبوتاژ کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی، جیسے یہ ماضی میں اپنی حرکتوں کی وجہ سے بدنام ہوئے، اب بھی ان کو شکست ہو گی، کرپشن کے کیسز ختم کرنے کے لیے قانون سازی کی گئی ہے، ان سب کو ناکامی ہو گی، یہ اپنے مقاصد میں کامیاب نہیں ہوں گے۔
ان کا کہنا ہے اختر مینگل کی آواز نہیں سنی گئی اس لیے انہوں نے استعفیٰ دیا، اُن کے مستعفی ہونے کے فیصلہ کی حمایت کرتا ہوں، استعفیٰ تو نواز شریف کو بھی دینا چاہیے، جو یاسمین راشد سے ہار کر بھی سیٹ پر بیٹھے ہیں۔
کے پی کے سے متعلق بات کرتے ہوئے مشیرِ اطلاعات نے کہا کہ بنوں میں ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی سے متعلق شکایات آئیں، محکمۂ اینٹی کرپشن نے تحقیقات شروع کیں، ابھی ہم دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ شکایات درست ہیں کہ نہیں، اگر کوئی ثبوت سامنے آتا ہے تو تفتیش کریں گے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ مشال یوسف زئی کو کرپشن پر ڈی نوٹیفائی نہیں کیا، کابینہ میں ردوبدل ہوتی رہتی ہے۔
بیرسٹر سیف نے یہ بھی کہا کہ گورنر کو اب بھی یقین نہیں آ رہا ہے کہ وہ گورنر ہیں، انہوں نے بیان دیا ہے کہ وزیرِ اعلیٰ کے پی اعتماد کا ووٹ لیں، وزیرِ اعلیٰ عوام کے ووٹ سے منتخب ہوئے ہیں، اعتماد کا ووٹ کیوں لیں، ہمیں عوام نے ووٹ دیا ہے، گورنر کے پاس کچھ کرنے کو نہیں، تو ہمارے خلاف بیانات دیتے ہیں۔
