سلطان اذلان شاہ ہاکی ٹورنامنٹ میں پاکستان نے جنوبی کوریا کو 0-4 سے ہرا کر مسلسل دوسری فتح حاصل کرلی۔ملائیشیا کے  شہر  اپوہ میں جاری ٹورنامنٹ کے دوسرے روز  پاکستان کا مقابلہ جنوبی کوریا سے تھا جس میں پاکستانی کھلاڑیوں نے عمدہ کھیل پیش کیا اور  حریف ٹیم کے خلاف عمدہ مووز  بنائے اور  اچھے اٹیک کیے۔پاکستان نے کھیل کے تیسرے ہی منٹ میں حنان شاہد کے فیلڈ گول کے ذریعے برتری حاصل کی، دوسرے کوارٹر میں پاکستان نے 2 گول بنائے، 24 ویں  منٹ میں ارشد لیاقت اور 27 ویں منٹ میں غضنفر علی نےگول کیے، تیسرے کوارٹر  میں کوئی ٹیم بھی گول نہ کرسکی۔پاکستان نے میچ کا چوتھا  اور  آخری گول چوتھے کوارٹر میں کیا جو سفیان نے  پنالٹی کارنر  پر بنایا۔ایونٹ  میں پاکستان کی یہ مسلسل دوسری فتح ہے، پاکستانی ٹیم اپنا تیسرا میچ 7 مئی کو جاپان کے خلاف کھیلےگی ۔پاکستان نے اپنے  پہلے میچ میں میزبان ملائیشیا کو  4-5 کے اسکور  سے مات دی تھی۔
