نئے الیکشن ایکٹ ترمیمی بل پر عملدرآمد کے لیے اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی کی جانب سے الیکشن کمیشن کو خط لکھے جانے کے بعد پارٹی پوزیشن تبدیل ہوگئی ہے۔ قومی اسمبلی سیکریٹریٹ نے نئی پارٹی پوزیشن مرتب کر لی ہے اور اس کے تحت قومی اسمبلی سے تحریک انصاف کا وجود ختم ہو گیا ہے۔
اس سے قبل قومی اسمبلی کی پارٹی پوزیشن میں اس سے پہلے 39 اراکین تحریک انصاف اور 41 کو آزاد ڈیکلیئر کیا گیا تھا، تاہم قومی اسمبلی سیکریٹریٹ کی مرتب کردہ نئی پارٹی پوزیشن میں تمام 80 اراکین کو سنی اتحاد کونسل کا رکن ظاہر کیا گیا ہے۔نئی پارٹی پوزیشن میں مسلم لیگ ن، پی پی پی اور جے یو آئی سے واپس لی گئی نشستوں کا بھی ذکر ہے۔
قومی اسمبلی میں مسلم لیگ ن کی 110، پیپلز پارٹی کی 69 نشستیں ہیں۔ ایم کیو ایم پاکستان کی 22، مسلم لیگ ق کی 5 جب کہ آئی پی پی کی چار نشستیں ہیں۔
اس کے علاوہ مسلم لیگ ضیا، بی اے پی اور نیشنل پارٹی کا بھی ایک، ایک رکن ہے۔
سنی اتحاد کونسل 80، جے یو آئی ف اور آزاد اراکین کی تعداد بھی 8 ہے۔ پی کے میپ، بی این پی مینگل اور ایم ڈبلیو ایم ایک، ایک نشست کے ساتھ قومی اسمبلی میں موجود ہیں جب کہ ایک آزاد رکن قومی اسمبلی نے مسلم لیگ ن میں شمولیت اختیار کر رکھی ہے۔
الیکشن ایکٹ پرعملدرآمد سے 23 مخصوص نشستیں ن لیگ، پی پی اور جے یو آئی کو ملیں گی۔ نشستوں کی تقسیم کے مطابق مسلم لیگ ن 15، پیپلز پارٹی 5 اور جے یو آئی کو تین مخصوص نشستیں حاصل ہو سکیں گی۔

After the Speaker National Assembly wrote a letter to the Election Commission for the implementation of the new Election Act Amendment Bill, the party’s position has changed. The National Assembly Secretariat has formulated a new party position and under this the existence of Tehreek-e-Insaaf has ended from the National Assembly.
Earlier, in the party position of the National Assembly, 39 Tehreek-e-Insaf members and 41 were declared as independents, however, in the new party position compiled by the National Assembly Secretariat, all 80 members have been declared as members of the Sunni Etihad Council. The new party position also mentions the seats withdrawn from PML-N, PPP and JUI.
In the National Assembly, the Muslim League-N has 110 seats and the People’s Party has 69 seats. MQM Pakistan has 22 seats, Muslim League-Q has 5 seats while IPP has 4 seats.
Apart from this, Muslim League Zia, BAP and National Party also have one member each.
Sunni Ittehad Council has 80, JUIF and independent members also have 8. PK Map, BNP Mengal and MWM have one seat each in the National Assembly, while an independent member of the National Assembly has joined the Muslim League-N.
Implementation of the Election Act will give 23 reserved seats to PML-N, PP and JUI. According to the distribution of seats, PML-N will get 15, PPP 5 and JUI will get three specific seats.
